cannot source replacement cartidges – Great Iron, but impossible to find replacement cartridges. none of the stores that sell the iron stock replacements- eg BigW, good guys, HarveyNorman. So, after 2 months the iron is useless. Call both Breville or Cambrook customer lines and they say they are in training and unavailable- that has been the message on their phones for the whole of January. really disappointing. So here we are 3 months in April later and Kambrook have done nothing to respond to my complaints- they still do not answer the phone or respond to any emails And now it turns out they have discontinued the product and no longer supply/make the cartridges . I had to buy a replacement iron in the end- The "Good Guys" have this week said they will replace the iron with another similar product. I will Never buy another product from Kambrook or Breville.

steam never worked at all-first use – This was given to me as a xmas gift. First time used it heated but did not steam. I had to then try to get the receipt off the purchaser. Bad quality control indeed. I would not recommend this iron as a brand new product not working is disappointing at any price. No more Kambrook products for me.

Pathetic – I do not recommend this iron to anyone as the ironing plate has blackened and gives a foul smell and sticks to clothes. It was cheap that is why I purchased it and Kambrook is a better brand to buy than homebrand, however, I am not happy with the kid it has turned out to be.
Very average – This is cheap I got it for $67 at target and they are now $ 59 on clearance. It worked ok for a month then started to leak a bit of white substance then the sole plate got blackened when I had not burnt it or touched a surface that would explain the blackening. It did give me a great idea of using a steam station so i now know they are awesome. I returned it for a refund. I am now searching for a better quality product. They are all a lot more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for! I would not recommend it. Also note I did not use it for huge amounts of ironing and once you filled the water tank it was nearly impossible to empty it between uses. It also smelt after use. Cheap Sole plate blackened had a smell.
