give it a try. Had a problem with the coupon code, and the customer service was great and immediately solved. Delivery was surprisingly quick as well. Really appreciated both of that.

Once I got the product I was honestly so sad about the quality. I mean I guess I should have known when the material was polyester.

The dresses are honestly sooo cute but have so many problems with it I don't know where to start. 1. It has hooks at the end of the zipper, but you can't hook why zip it all up since the hook blocks the zipper. 2. Because the material was so thin and fragile it either: kept getting stuck in the zipper and getting ripped, making it so hard to zip up and down, or even a small movement (like maybe holding the dress to zip up) can dislodge the fabric. 3. The sewing was a train wreck of an absolute mess; Some were not even straight and can be seen on the outside of the dress, many many many loose threads and some were even sewn very loosely. 4. Many parts of the dress are not hemmed, leaving a very unfinished look. 5. Left side not matching the right side of the fabric. 6. Lines on the dress are not even, such as the sides and the bottom of the dress.

Probably more but it might be overkill. It honestly is the quality you get from SHEIN and makes me think I should have bought it from there since I can get a similar product at a much cheaper price. Shame that it's not going to last long at all with all the fragile stitching.

I'm also not going to try to contact them since all they can do is offer store credit refund, which I can't use since I'm not buying from them again. Not to mention, they could also say I damaged the product since the fabric got ripped with the zipper, even though the design makes sure it was 100% guaranteed to rip. Plus, I'll still wear the dresses anyway since I don't really mind if I look cheap and tacky.

TL;DR Great service but extremely terrible terrible product.

Presley Midi Dress - Green – Super pretty dress! Was not too tight, it's very stretchy and looks great in photos. The bottom like someone else mentioned is a little crooked but that didn't bother me, I would just pull down the crooked side a bit and it would be fixed. Otherwise love the dress!
