my kapture KPT-820 stopped recording. Put a new SD card etc.. nothing work. NOT HAPPY as it is not a cheap item. Please help with it or relace my faulty dash cam NOT happy customer

Hi, my partner purchased a 2nd hand kapture dash cam for me and it seems to be working ok but when i uploaded the files from the sd card to my computer to view the footage, the files were so big i gave up waiting for my computer to open each file. Is there a way i can make the files smaller in size so they are not so big to open up to view on the computer?

Hi there we have a Kapture dash cam and is now showing low battery across the whole screen how do I fix this ??

My cam randomly takes photos as I drive, sometimes 20+ times then other times it’s fine.

Any ideas what the problem can be?

The camers has a sensor that picks up on bumps incase of an accident it records a separate 10second video. Your sensor’s sensitivity is most likely too high. You can change this using the app on your phone while connected to the cam in the settings. Hope this helps mate
