Worst customer service ever – The most unprofessional people I have ever come across. Clearly the receptionist doesn't want to work here, as she grunted rather than welcomed us . The a guy proceeded to take photos all around my car, and then opened my door without a single word. I guess my refusal to use them has cost about 5k, and I wonder how many others do the same , I had to complain to Hollard Insurance and was sent to another much more professional outfit the same day . Take the time to read all other reviews before you experience the same.
