I purchased the WD3 vacuum cleaner in May 2024 and it went really well until it failed in April 2026. What I can say is that when I reached out to Karcher for help, the after sales warranty services is just fantastic. Based on the described fault, Karcher Air expressed a new unit directly to me without any quibble and on the basis that I would… Read more ·  1

return postage paid by Karcher the old unit to them.

A good from a manufacturer that honours their warranties

Been using this vacuum at work and around the garage, Carpenter by trade. I’ve used it as - a dust collector while planning doors down or while routing timber out. Especially handy in finished houses where I can’t leave a mess. - cleaning up gyprock dust before laying skirting and door tracks, the filter is really easy to clean considering how… Read more ·  1

fine gyprock dust is. - it’s been used in and around the home workshop to clean up spills and as a bench shop vac so I can use my saws, grinders, routers and planner without the dust going everywhere in the shop.

The onboard tool storage makes it really neat and easy to pack away and transport, having everything right at your fingertips makes it quick to set up aswell.

I’ve been using the Kärcher WD 3 P S for a while now and I’m really impressed. For only 1000W it’s surprisingly powerful and easily handles both wet and dry mess without any trouble. The stainless steel drum feels solid and well made, and the long hose and cable make it easy to get around without constantly unplugging. What makes it stand out for… Read more ·  1

me is the versatility. I’ve used it in the shed for sawdust, around the house for spills, out in the garage for the car, and even to blow leaves out of corners I can’t reach. One of my favourite features is the tool socket which I can plug in my saw or sander and the vacuum starts automatically, which keeps the mess under control straight away. The filter system is also really convenient since I don’t have to swap it out between wet and dry jobs.

For the price, I think it’s excellent value for money. It feels sturdy, performs really well, and does the job of several machines in one. Storage is neat too, with everything clipping onto the vacuum so it doesn’t take up much space in the garage or in the car when we take it with us. Overall, a tough, versatile, and reliable machine that I’d definitely recommend.

Absolutely love this vacuum. I have used it on site as an electrician and at home. Not only does it suck up all dust, but also gyprock, cut off bits of cable and anything trade related! With the built in socket it is perfect for workshop and on site while working with power tools. I have also used it to pull string line through under ground conduits, vacuum water out of pits, and to clean up every tradies mess. Hands down best vacuum. Show details ·  1

Were currently in the process of a full Home Renovation. The Karcher WD 3 P S has made clean up so easy.  This machine handles everything we’ve thrown at it, from sawdust, plaster dust, small bits of rubble, and even wet messes from tiling work. The suction power is phenomenal, pulling up fine dust with ease. We've used it after cutting timber,… Read more ·  1

grinding concrete, and even when an accidental water spill happened in the laundry. Every time, the WD 3 P S made the clean up quick and effortless. We love the range of attachments, perfect for getting into tight corners and into awkward spots where dust likes to hide. The blower function is a bonus for clearing sawdust from work areas or leaves from the driveway.  If you’re renovating or taking on big DIY jobs, the Karcher WD 3 P S is worth every cent.

The Kärcher WD3 Wet & Dry Vacuum has been such a great addition to my home setup. It handles everything from dust and dirt to wet spills without missing a beat, and it’s powerful enough to tackle tougher messes that a regular vacuum couldn’t manage. One feature I’ve found especially useful is the blower function — perfect for clearing out leaves… Read more ·  1

from the garage or hard-to-reach corners in the shed. The long power cord gives you plenty of range without constantly switching power points, which makes bigger cleanups so much easier. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and the generous tank means less stopping to empty. The included attachments are super handy, and switching between wet and dry modes is quick and simple. If you’re looking for a vacuum that can do it all, the WD3 is a solid, no-fuss option that really delivers.

I bought this vacuum to help with the bigger, messier jobs around the house—and it’s honestly been amazing. It’s made for the kind of cleaning that regular vacuums just can’t handle. I’ve used it for everything from cleaning out the garage and car to clearing leaves off the driveway. It’s also great for cleaning out our JetSki’s excess water and… Read more ·  1

our alfresco.

The no-filter-change feature is a lifesaver. I can go from vacuuming dry dust to sucking up spills without stopping to swap anything out. The built-in blower is also super handy for getting into tight spots.

It’s surprisingly compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to move around. The long cord and hose give you plenty of reach, and the on-board storage keeps everything tidy. I especially love that it has a power outlet with auto on/off, which is super convenient when using it with power tools.

Overall I highly recommend!

A workshop vac that doesn't suck! If you know what I mean – This is a top workshop vacuum. I was looking for a vacuum for my shed and to clean my vehicles. I was initially put off by the price but I now wish I bought this sooner! This is a great vacuum! It is super light, I can pick it up and carry it around no issues. I LOVE the way that every attachment has a home on the vac, and the hose and electrical… Read more ·  4

cord can be wound up and stored on the vac. This means I don't have to keep attachments in a separate box somewhere or worry about the hose or lead being untidy in the workshop. The wheels work great and it moves around very easily. I also like the added power point that is on the vacuum itself. At first I didn't see the point of it but now I have used it multiple times with power tools and it is very handy. Great vacuum, bags aren't too expensive. It is available at a good price at bunnings and the good thing about bunnings is if you have issues with it you just bring it back to them and their returns process is easy. Also can't forget the actual suction of the thing.... It is great! Way better than expected. One of my new favourite shed tools! I actually find myself vacuuming more than I would have previously and keeping the space clean because it is so easy to use.

One note... I only previously had a hand held makita vacuum so it is possible just any workshop vacuum would have been an improvement for me. I can't comment on this one over the Gerni or Ryobi versions at Bunnings, but I like the Karcher brand and am very happy with this purchase.

PS. The first one I got from bunnings had a hose connection defect (maybe from transport) but I took it back and they immediately just swapped it with a new one.
