Hi. Bought a karcher window vac this week, but there are lines left on my windows and shower screen. Am I using it incorrectly?
Have lost my connecting cord to charge this device. Want to buy cord only. Live in Melbourne Victoria, Australia

After 1 year of light use my window vac is dead how can i check whats wrong ie charger or battery or is the complete unit bust
I have a Karcher WV2 that doesn’t work. I plug in to charge and the green light flashes for a few minutes then stops After a hours I try to use and nothing, dead. Is it time to throw out? It is about 1 year old and used only about 6 times
The karcher is a waste of money.
Is there a trick to charging the Karcher WV5 window washer with two batteries? I have had it on charge and the light goes green but it won’t turn on. I am charging it through the charging base that houses the spare battery.
went to recharge battery and it won`t charge. can I do anything about this?
Not sure if this will help however I found that the plug-pack was dead . Do you have a green light showing on the vac? If not it may be the power supply. I purchased an after market replacement and the vac is working very well. If you know someone with a Karcher you may be able to borrow their power supply to try,

My Karcher has a red light that stays on even though it's charged. It doesn't flash and when you turn it on the light turns green. When you turn it off it turns back to red. Wouldn't this reduce the battery charge having a light constantly on? Not sure if this is supposed to happen!

Do you mean where you suck up the water? Stupid question first. Its not to full of water? Also if not then push in 2 clips near end and take end or nozzle off and clean. Also remove nozzle unit from body as well and give a good clean and flush out with water as may be staying in there if full of gunk. Hope that helps.
this is a brand new Karcher so it is not full of gunk, it is leaking from the bottom container Thanks for your assistance
My karcher is leaving lots of lines. It didnt do it when I got it a few weeks ago. I have taken it apeart and its all cleaned out. Any suggestions?
Hi JGG, Thanks for your question. You might find that your Window Vac is leaving lines when the window isn't wet enough during cleaning. Try doing a few extra sprays and you shouldn't have this problem. Thanks, Kärcher

Is this just for inside windows or can it be used on the outside as well? I have multiple sets of sliding doors in my multilevel townhouse and can easily manage the less dirty inside ones myself.

Just used this for first time on very salt crusted windows are beach. Good result. Just wondering what to use once the sample cleaner is all gone. Neat window cleaner, dishwashing deterg, vinegar??

How does,the steam come out of the handheld steamer
Larraine, there is no steam. There are two components, one is a spray bottle with a lambswool cloth on the end which you fill with water, I add a little woolwash and the second component is the small hand held vacuum cleaner and after spraying and wiping with the lambswool cloth then vacuum and the suction takes the excess water into the vacuum holder and then tip it out. Just wipe the edges of the window with a paper towel or mirror, fantastic for bathroom and wardrobe mirrors So easy. Light and compact, I would not be without it.
