Do you mean where you suck up the water? Stupid question first. Its not to full of water? Also if not then push in 2 clips near end and take end or nozzle off and clean. Also remove nozzle unit from body as well and give a good clean and flush out with water as may be staying in there if full of gunk. Hope that helps.

this is a brand new Karcher so it is not full of gunk, it is leaking from the bottom container Thanks for your assistance

Hi JGG, Thanks for your question. You might find that your Window Vac is leaving lines when the window isn't wet enough during cleaning. Try doing a few extra sprays and you shouldn't have this problem. Thanks, Kärcher

They supply you with detergent when you buy it in small pack. So I assume if what you are using is no stronger than the supplied detergent. So I cant see why you cant use it. Rest assured you can use your favorite brand or homemade vinegar and water solution. The cleaning process is the same as shown in the three steps above.

The instructions say flat service. But I use ours in Shower [ Smooth Walls ] to get water off and reduce mould. I imagine going over rough service will cause front to break off as 2 plastic pieces hold it on and a bit flimsy. Previous model had similar idea and broke off after a while. I use it separately in a bucket of hot water, vinegar and a damp cloth.

JJust use windex or a $2 spray bottle with your own washdetergent and then use the vac to suck it up, however mine leaks and i am annoyed with it.. I don't have money to waste..

I just wipe with vinegar in hot water - I am happy with results - no sprayer. Don't use it!!

I have used Windex a couple of times, the vacuum sucks it up ok.. It doesn't work well in a horizontal position.. ..

I threw the karcher away.it was a waste of time and money

You windows are likely not wet enough and you need to give the blade a quick wipe after each swipe with the Karcher. I thought it was rubbish as well until I was shown how to use it properly and now I LOVE it!

I bought mine and loved it the first time when I did a house lot if windows. It was awesome. But now after many many attempts it leaves streaks..my husband use to be a professional window cleaner but I'm determined to use my gadget and I hate asking him constantly to clean the sliding window due to dog face marks. I make sure I clean on a cloudy day..I use lots of sudsy water (checked that with husband and we both cleaned the blades throughly) but now I'm forever getting streaks after streaks..so disappointed as I had wanted a Karcher for ages and hate dirty windows..is my love affair with my Karcher over...i hope not...please help!!@

Same reply as above- your windows are likely not wet enough and you need to give the blade a quick wipe after each swipe- with just a rag/cloth to remove excess water from the blade. If the window/glass isn’t wet enough you will get drag which will leave marks

I’m not sure. Mine started dripping while still under warranty so I got the whole machine replaced

Go to the Karcher store or order online (eBay) for around $12.

It's cactus take it back with your receipt and get a refund or swap it for a new one

Hi George, Yes it will clean the inside of your car windows. It's easier to use the smaller cleaning vac attachment. The windscreen is a little tricky to get right down to the bottom. I still advise wiping any streaks away with a microfibre cloth especially if your windows are particularly dirty. I have two dogs so have a lot of dog slobber to clean! Lol.

I also periodically wipe the cleaning head too.

Hi George, I would be careful with what you use to clean the inside of your car windows due to tint. I use my Karcher to clean inside and out windows and all my mirrors. My other piece of advise is not to over spray, other wise you'll have a mess to wipe up.

Sorry George. Only just seen your email. It went into junk which I rarely check. No, I have not used it on the car. I always use a chamois.

Hi Lisa, I like to use the Karcher window cleaner with a little windex. I first spray the window and rub with the pad. Then I wipe down from top to bottom, before I go to wipe the next area I use an old face washer to dry the squeegee.
