Despise this collar – I was referred to this company through a dog trainer unfortunately and I hate their product that I purchased. The prongs are impossible to remove and replace if you want to change the length. I literally bruised my hand trying to do this. They aren’t any better than regular prong collars and are more expensive. What a ripoff.

5+ months and still no product – U.S business, using USPS as their postal service. It’s been 5 months of painful back-and-forth e-mails trying to get updates on my package, even though Australia Post have said it’s officially lost-in-transit and to contact the business to lodge a claim, which I have done 2+ months ago to no avail.
