Worst Customer Service! – I won a dress for my little girl back in September 2021 and still have not received it. After having to follow up multiple times I was told it would arrive between 13th and 17th of December 2021. It still did not arrive. from the 21st January 2022. Every single message was seen but ignored. I even attempted to send an email however they bounced back.

After I told her I was making a bad review and telling all of my friends and family not to purchase from her she ended up replying saying I was harassing her/only people who deserve it will receive the items they have won from her competitions. I was not once rude to her, all I asked was whether I would be receiving the dress or not and that she had poor customer service as she ignored all of my messages. She then proceeded to say that I wasn’t a customer even though I have purchased from her on the past and then has blocked me on all social media.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
