Kazoo was a really bad experience for me as a customer. Ordered a product and it took countless emails and phone calls to get is dispatched. The customer service hides behind a email AI bot and the fulfilment process has zero communication and updates. In a competitive on line environment for pet products Kazoo is one to avoid.
Dogs loved the kangaroo and beef steaks and kangaroo sausages, but I realized you can’t buy it anywhere except online? How annoying as I cannot currently buy any dog related stuff online, I must buy them in store. Coles has something I noticed with just kangaroo and no other ingredients, maybe it’s a concession for now.

touch points! This has been the only company that sent me no less than 5 emails and text messages with updates. I received the standard order confirmation and shipping confirmation, but that’s where most companies drop off and leave it to the postal carrier to update. Not Kazoo! I continued to get both an email AND text messages to let me know where it was and if I needed to do something. With postal carriers often unreliable at best, I have never been more assured that Kazoo was on top of it and I would get more order - if I didn’t, I would also be very confident that they would know where it is. Very worth it and will definitely be shopping here again.
Horrible service and products – Horrible service Items dont do as described Bought items that were supposed to fit a cat and dont. Their postage to return is more then the items are worth. Also let me get this right i have to pay for postage to receive the item but they wont? Horrible business and very rude mean staff. Wont shop here again
Excellent Customer service – I ordered a cat bed and it had not shipped after 3 days and it made me wonder as it did say it was low in stock and it states they process and dispatch orders quickly in 2 days. how would I like to proceed? I could have a refund or could instead have the large size which is still in stock at no extra charge. That was a very kind offer, though the corner space I wanted the bed for is too small for the large size so opted for a refund which they were very prompt in issuing.
And after that they updated the item as out of stock.
I feel confident in making any future purchases from them as their customer service is exceptional. I feel like they treat you as a person, not just as a wallet that so many big businesses tend to do and don't have good customer service or care.
Great customer service – Joe provided amazing service and advice and rescued the Fish :) The fish tank replacement arrived at no time and the advice was highly valuable. Joe went above and beyond - Highly recommended!
