Rude staff expenses toys – Shopping for toys should be fun! Not upsetting and disappointing! High prices and small range! Rude staff and no service. Fraser toys are not far and offer a much better experience with customer service smiles, great range and excellent prices! No service shop at KB toys for service in the area shop at frasers. Expensive, no service left with nothing
