Quality products and installation – I’ve used keen2bgreen twice in the past 5 years, a 3kw system for home and a 21kw system for work. Both times I had positive experiences with the office and installers. The home inverter (Aurora) failed after a year but it was promptly replaced without any hassle. way by the team. The install went even better! Clinton and the boys where very professional, fast and extremely neat and tidy. We had to do a slight layout change on the day but the boys handled it with no dramas and even shifted my aerial for me to avoid any future upgrade issues. It was a 19 panel install with micro inverters on a very hot day but they got it done quick with minimal power outage. I would highly recommend this company for their service, attention to detail and price.

same people each time I called, and they were very helpful. My solar panels were previously installed by an energy company, I was not happy with the contractors they got to install them, they did not listen to my requests for installation. They just got in and got out as fast as they could. Keen 2B green was awesome! they listened to my requests and consulted me if they needed to change something. The electricians cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I am especially happy that this company provides a 10 year workmanship warranty. This is more than almost all other companies and gives me peace of mind I have not hired a dodgy operator.

Right price, on time, working well – I reached out to K2BG based on research on the web including Whirlpool. They are not the cheapest but they offer top shelf components and commentary. the very same gear I wanted -- high-end LG panels with Solar Edge optimisers and inverter. And it was $2000 less than I was quoted before. Done deal. We got 6.5kw installed. Changed the pool pump to run during sunshine hours. Nine months later, no regrets. Our electricity bill went from $400/quarter, down to +/- $45/quarter (ie. close to zero annually - we got a credit during summer and we pay a bit in winter when the sun is lower). During Brisbane's summer peak we ran the aircon all day. Let's be honest; Brisbane's summer is a lot more enjoyable with a heap of guilt-free solar-powered aircon. The Solar Edge monitoring app shows exactly what's going on with the system, at a per-panel level if you want to really nerd-out on it. (Suggestion: Don't obsess. It's all working. Bake a cake or mow the lawn.) Last month I got a new wifi router, which disconnected the solaredge reporting app. It was a bit complicated to restore the connection, but Keen 2 B Green staff were friendly and patient to walk me through it on the phone. a little extra, so if you buy cheap, you buy twice". The entire experience from start to finish with K2BG was excellent. From Mark who came out to give us the quote and walk us through everything, to the office ladies arranging everything in the background, and then the install team. Everything was as they said, was on time, and professionally installed. Overall we couldn't be happier our dealings with K2BG, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Not so keen – I made the awful mistake of choosing 'Keen2BGreen'. Their product was good, the install went smoothly .. that's it. Ours was installed last year .. we paid extra .. $250 for an energy meter and nearly $200 for a hot water management relay. technician knew about it .. someone was supposed to let me know .. they didn't, I worked out how it worked online (there was no paperwork, nothing). The installer briefly showed me the monitoring app on his mobile phone, not how to use it (he seemed unsure), just what it looked like so I could recognise it to download I assumed. He left advising that someone would be in touch, when nobody did the next day (I believe it was installed on a Thursday) I logged into the inverter via it's IP address. I called for assistance not understanding some of the settings and stuff .. and was questioned over and over what and how .. attempts to explain that I logged in via the inverter's IP address caused too much confusion for the 2 support staff .. think Indian call centre frustration here .. I found the support staff confusing, unhelpful and extremely irritating. Around four months ago I installed a new dual band router, guess which device couldn't cope .. the monitoring has been off-line since. I'd rather poke my eyes with blunt sticks, but today I worked up the courage to go through the ordeal of dealing with this company again. I made the mistake of dropping the 'F' bomb .. never would I use that language against a person .. it was used in utter utter frustration in regard of the situation I'm in and the support person knew it. Knowing this didn't stop her from interrupting to tell me I was rude .. hilarious. It appears this person felt I had no right to use the 'F' word in her majestic presence .. it's all about her (you know the type). I'm now about to spend even more time searching the internet to discover what's wrong with it this time. This company could be great, however their service negates all that, I sorely regret purchasing it.

My experience, the sales person Matt was excellent. I spoke to Matt about different designs and had many quotes with lots of questions, each time it was never a problem. Matt explained things very well and always got back to me.

The office girls are very helpful. The installers had the panels and inverter installed in one day. Chris (the electrician) came back the next day to setup the wifi and ensure everything was working as it should. Chris was excellent and nothing was a problem.

I ended up getting a 9.97 KW system (my choice) 10 KW Fronius Symo 3 phase inverter and REC Twin peak series 2 panels - 35 panels total and a smart meter.

It is winter at the moment, the panels start generating power just after 6 am and don't stop generating power until about 5-10 mins before the sun goes down (very surprising). In winter (now) the system generates around 7 - 7.5 KW between 10 am to 2 PM. This setup well and truly does all of my power needs throughout the day and looking at my night time power consumption, will do that as well. Once the prices of the Tesla batteries come down a bit I will say good bye to the greedy power companies and be self-generating power for many years to come.
