Shocking – Shocking scam they took my car told me it was RAC then left me with no car over Christmas nightmare don't recommend absolutely not
Absolutely terrible, be aware, stay away!!! – DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. Received a car from them as a link in an insurance farming [Content Removed]. Clicked on a link which was [Content Removed] portraying itself as my insurance company. Unknowingly phoned the [Content Removed] number and was prompted to start my insurance claim.A hire car was delivered to me and my car towed away under the belief this was organised by my insurance company. A week later they came to collect the car saying they couldn’t find the at fault party although all details including a drivers license had been supplied. It was then I rang my insurance company to find I had been [Content Removed]. My car had been “legally stolen” by the towing company held at ransom unable to access it without paying over $2500. On enquiring how “keep driving” had obtained my details as it definitely wasnt my insurance company they stated the towing company had forwarded them. Obviously working with the [Content Removed] towing company. Be aware, do not use!!!!!!!
Amazing service – Keep Driving helped me out with a free replacement car straight after my accident. I never knew this service existed before but it makes the whole process hassle free and has really helped me out a lot. Big thanks to EJ, Saxon and the rest of the crew!!
Pushy – • I have no contractual, legal obligation and/or agreement with Keep Driving to reimburse costs when the damaged vehicle is roadworthy and drivable. • The circumstances described by your Client were not correct as my insurance company has determined that your Client was at fault. • Your customer was coerced into having his drivable car towed and then coerced to accept a hire car. Regardless of fault, insurance companies will not reimburse payment when the damaged vehicle is roadworthy and drivable. • You will not be recovering costs from me nor my insurance company. • Your Client has 3rd Party insurance, good luck recovering your “costs”.
Since the accident (29/01/24) I have received 2 unsolicited text messages and a Letter of Demand, I have made an official complaint to Consumer Protection and provided them with copies of your correspondence.
If your company policy is to coerce and harass young and inexperienced drivers without giving them the opportunity to seek advice, then you should be ashamed of yourself.
My car is booked in for repairs, I will be needing a hire car, you can be guaranteed I won’t be engaging the services of Keep Driving.
Super Pushy and rude – I had an injury assessor call me from Keep Driving. [Name Removed] was rude and unprofessional. It appeared to be a sales call to try to sell me on some type of claim as she asked me about a non-existent injury. The hard sell attitude and the fact that they had called me to sell me something after I had had an accident was, in my view, a terrible way to do business. I also understand that the repairers get a kickback for referring people to them for a replacement vehicle during the repair process. The repairer gave them my details with my consent. I advise they immediately stop calling people out of the blue and trying to upsell them when the details they have are for the purpose of providing a replacement vehicle only. It is bordering on third line forcing and certainly breaches privacy law in relation to use of personal information.
