BEWARE!!! First of all, they scam you into a subscription which is not obvious when you place your first order. Second, they charge you a ridiculous amount for the next order which they won’t let you return. It is also an huge warning that there is no contact number to call. All correspondence is done through email. And the chews did nothing to help my dog from itching and scratching.

Kelpy is dishonest, deceitful, or based on a deliberate plan to trick someone for financial or personal gain. The product doesn't work, they overcharged my order, then shipped another one for over 200 dollars that I didn't order, don't answer emails properly nor care about you or your dog...clearly...Run like the wind...

Payment information is misleading which charged me $155 instead of $38.75. No way I could cancel the order. The package came and stated that the manufacture is in China but not Estonia. I won’t trust to give my dog for chewing at all. Waste all my money,

Beware do not purchase anything online from these guys. I got charged double for a product and now several months later have been charged a huge ammount that was not authorised.

this I was informed there is no such thing and no refund unless product defective - this product DOESN'T do anything, my dogs are still no better. I purchased after watching short vid of dog with ear pain and it claimed after 4-6 weeks of daily use the ears would be less troublesome. I used the product for 8 weeks and there was no change to my dogs ears - COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

As per all other reviews, thought I was buying 4 packs for $38.00 and, got charged around $155.00 when I reached out they said it was $38.00 per pack and it was going to be auto ship. You have to email to cancel auto ship, please don't purchase, absolute scam

I looked up on AI and it indicated people had problems with being subscribed to ongoing purchases etc. My Credit Card provider had no option but to suspend and cancel my Credit Card, now the hassle of charging my scheduled payment on that account. DO NOT USE “Trykelpie” they may well have a product but it may not work as the site is trying to get more money from you than what their website suggests.

each! Then in order to proceed, you have to click on “get more for only….”. I clicked thinking I could review my order and cancel what wasn’t satisfactory, but NO! The charge went through immediately! I emailed instantly asking to reverse the charges and cancel the charge and was told it was in their system and nothing could be done! I tried to stop payment but neither PayPal or my bank could help me. I then found out these allergy chews were made in China even though there is nothing indicating this anywhere on the package. I would never give my dog anything produced in China. Dogs have often died from Chinese pet food products. So I just completely wasted $180 on a product I can’t use! I should have just torn up the money and thrown it in the trash!

If i could give negative stars i would. My experience is a Deliberately Deceptive company raughting the system. it is reoccurring. I asked twice in writing to cancel and the refused to respond. Saying it’s our terms and conditions. This company is based in Lithuania. I see I’m not the only person this has happened too. There is no link on there website at time of purchase that you click for reoccurring the order other than hidden in the purchase. I would suggest not trying to resolve this with customer service as you can’t cancel with them, they refused to address the issue or respond to cancellation.

looked on Trust Pilot and this company has done the exact same thing with the same behaviour.They also put you on automatic subscriptions.Please …it is Buyer be aware and Do not let this happen to you
