Unprofessional – We were upsold (4K more expensive than pebblecrete) to an Ecofinish surface, and we have had multiple significant issues with our pool which have not been rectified. Despite Ecofinish having a 10yr warranty we had patches chipped and worn away after 2 years, and 7 years on our pool looks terrible. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional (and expensive) experience.
