Very disappointed in a company that says that they provide you with expceptional service.. particular watch I was enquiry about the sale person was tied up with a customer at the time, and was reinsured that somebody will get back to me..

I do often receive emails just Iike this morning.. it was the TUDOR unveiling Tudors new daring watch models, so I clicked onto the site to have a look as I did the first thing I see is..

Clearly Kennedy this above statement on your website is not true..

It was about this time last year I enquired about a watch and also made appointment to come into the Chadstone store because that was mentioned by the person I spoken to on the phone because it would put you in a better place to received the watch, and also told to sign up onto their website which I did but has not made any difference... I have never been a person that has been interested into luxury watches and would never consider paying a large amount of money for watch in my life, but after the passing of my mother and receiving some inheritances money to buy something meaningful.. Plus I was at the time it was coming up to my 56 birthday...

So you can see why I'm very disappointed in a company that says that they provide you with expceptional service.. Which I have not seen yet and don't expect to see after a number of times trying to contacted them..
