Machine is sturdy. I found following instructions difficult. Very heavy and won’t fit into cabinets. Perhaps not the best for elderly users. Show details
This machine constantly displays error , have found out to her it even looked at by the appliance repairer is $120 plus parts etc Massive ripoff , as it’s electronic will probably take them all of 10 mins Show details
Straight out of the box, turned it on and after navigating the annoying series of menus, managed to get it started. The motor smells burned out from brand new. I doubt this thing will last. The whole push dial and menus thing is super annoying. The main knob and touch screen feels cheap. I didn’t realise I was buying a touch screen appliance.… Read more
I just want an old powerful and reliable Kenwood that turns on when you turn the knob, and speeds up when you rotate the knob. This is a fancy expensive piece of junk.
It also keeps beeping at me. Why do people design annoying, complicated appliances?
A sign of the moral decay we are living in where even the top-end and most expensive consumer goods are cheap rubbish beneath the facade. I am sooooo disappointed.

I was quite excited about giving the pâtissier a spin but sadly found the rubber to the creaming beater tool missing. Although a replacement apparently awaiting to be sent out to me has still not arrived after 10 days which is extremely disappointing. I made some cookies and found the Patissier handled the heavy load easily. I have used the… Read more
melting chocolate function which was extremely easy and also pleasing. So far has been a great experience. I do think I will use manual for most of my recipes until I find my way around the functions. What I like is the large bowl and the small bowl which is a great idea for large v smaller bakes. I do love the light above the bowl! I have a large kitchen, so the size is not an issue. The build quality I have found to be very good, nice and sturdy. The range of tools suppled is very good apart from one of my tools missing a part. The motor I have found with a heavy load to be very quiet which was my main concern. I have a small Kenwood which under heavy loads is quite noisy. Am I pleased absolutely!!! I do bake quite a lot as my baking is my passion. The Kenwood is very easy to clean The price you just need to shop around and I do believe you get what you pay for. All in all, I'm very happy and looks amazing
Good for reguloar home cooks – I have had this for just over a week. I've made a lot of bread in it as well as cake batter, melted chocolate, creamed butter and sumar, whipped egg whites and Italian Meringue buttercream. I like that it weighs and heats up. Great. Easy to use and nice attachments, especially two bowls. Cons: can't heat in smaller bowl. it does shake even when… Read more
kneading about 1kg of dough on speed 1. Base probably isn't heavy enough. Also there's no storage container for all the attachments which you would expect for a machine that costs this much. I expect this to last a long time and I am happy that we decided to up our budget and go for this version. We live in NZ and purchased from Amazon Australia as it was about $300 cheaper and delivery time was less than a week.
Love it – I absolutely love it, purchased this and most of the attachments you can buy with it, and find it so easy to use, it’s made my life so much easier and I do a lot more cooking and baking now. I also am super happy with the service so far from kenwood. I was lucky enough to to speak to the rep when I was considering purchasing all these items at… Read more · 1
Harvey’s in Oxley (Suzy Harper) she really helped me out, gave me amazing service and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention she has beautiful after sales service with I was highly impressed with, not many companies do this and it speak volumes about kenwood resulting in me highly recommending the brand. Thank you!
