Just reviewed your customers report on how it burnt her hair, their should have been some arrangement with compensation in sending her a the amount spent with you in giving her a gift card, considering the cost of your goods. my daughter and I were considering buying some of your products, but now have second thoughts. Ignoring your customers as you did,not good for business..
It’s the absolute worst – So I brought the 3 pack which included this shampoo, conditioner and a hair balm. My hair fell out from the roots, it’s started to burn and it was a very itchy feeling and shrivelled and became sort of like a dreadlocks texture. I am completely devastated as I took pride in taking care of my hair. I have contacted L’Oréal kerastase and their team have been terrible. Just admitting it might be a bad batch but not even offering a treatment or anything to fix my hair after years of spending so much time and money taking care of my hair. I thought so much of this company but have been left so very upset. Now I have to start fixing my damaged hair without any help from the cause of the problem. I wish I didn’t get one of their “bad batches”. In the photos that was just my hair that came out when I was running my hand through my hair. Days later my shower (brand new house) drain blocked up and the amount of hair I removed was shocking, I have lost so much thickness from hair. Kerastase have been no help at all.
Purchased in at Adore Beauty for $92.

Amazing Hair Products – I purchased this shampoo and conditioner as well as the recommended hair masque some time ago. It’s quite expensive, however it does as it says. It has helped repair my hair that was destroyed, thinned out and broken from daily swimming and lack a daisy hair care. This shampoo and conditioner thickens my very fine hair and leaves it soft, shiny and healthy as well as making it look much thicker. I’m very happy with the product.
My one complaint and to me it’s a big one as after swimming I can be quite cold and still shivering when I get into the shower. Every one of these products have a cap that you need to unscrew. I hate it. I don’t care so much about that on the masque that’s not a daily thing and it’s not done in the shower. It’s no big deal, just nuisance value on the heat protectant, but on the shampoo and conditioner I think it’s ridiculous to have screw on caps. The shampoo and conditioner can be slippery in the shower and when you shampoo your hair twice as I do the shampoo bottle remains open so you have to balance it on top of the shower otherwise water gets in. It’s a stupid setup in my opinion.
