Poor customer experience – Kew Furniture / Artiko does not respond to requests for updates on orders via their website email contact, voice mail, Facebook or Messenger. I have received no explanation why I have not received my Gladiator Bike Rack Max 10 weeks after it was ordered. I will be requesting a refund or reporting this company to consumer affairs. Do not order anything online from this company. Customer service is non existent. Show details

Do not waste your money with Kew/Artiko – Purchased the Minimally Console Table, after unpacking realised it wasn't suitable for the intended use. Contacted Kew (now Artiko) to arrange the "no fuss return"! After many emails back and forth satisfying all their demands the item is packed correctly... they ran out of conditions and ignored my emails. Will never buy from this guy again... cheaply made, overpriced and terrible customer service. Show details

Worst shopping experience of my life – I patiently waited 3 months for the gladiator max bike rack to arrive with very little communication from Artiko/ Kew. After finally receiving it and assembling it (seriously, who can balance 6 pieces of Plywood on their own?!), I find standard road bikes and TT don't even fit on it. I have never been so disappointed with an online order before.

Bike rack never received – No contact from these guys. No answers to messenger, instagram messages or email. Finally contacted them by phone and got some story about the bike rack being out of stock (it was in stock when we ordered). Chased some more. Still no contact and no bike rack. communication. They offered a refund, which we accepted gratefully, but now we wait and see if they really have given us our money back. Worst internet shopping experience we have had so far.

Sold something they didn't have in stock and lied about delivery 3 times – Products ordered 18th June 2021, 1 was pre order and other 2 were in stock; only pre ordered product has been received. They lied to me twice after that about when products would arrive and then simply stopped answering to my messages. is PayPal record and my credit card. Despite poor service I really liked the only product I received. Design is modern, material is good so is a shame but this store should not be allowed to keep charging people without honestly telling them how long products will be received so customers decide if they are willing to wait or not and covid cannot be used as excuse. This is dishonest.

Taken my Money but Failure to process and deliver order – Product ordered 30th June 2021; Nothing delivered; Tracking Order - stuck in Processing at 10/8/21. Desk is unable to assemble – purchased from Kew or Artiko furniture. The desk was unable to compose and the owner agreed to return the desk never arrange the return. have to escalate to NSW fair trading. term and condition changed after the purchase! Please dont buy from there!! Show details

Great Gladiator – Got the Gladiator rack on preorder and on sale. There were delays with shipping but they were communicated well. I contacted them about delivery and got the info I needed quickly. Best value mattress – We paid just under $800 for a king size mattress and had the best sleep ever! No more back pain, more deprivation from my partner. Amazing! Highly recommended and looking for buying another soon.
