Worst car-buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle was initially advertised before it was actually available, which caused confusion from the start. Once the car finally arrived, it still wasn't ready for sale as it required a roadworthy certificate, suspension repairs and new tyres. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone, and whenever I did, I was repeatedly told the car would be ready "soon." Multiple pickup dates were provided and then missed.

When I finally collected the vehicle, it had not been detailed as agreed and a dent that I had paid to have repaired was still present. We agreed this would be fixed at a later date, but three weeks later I have still heard nothing.

To make matters worse, the steering wheel shakes violently at highway speeds, making the car feel unsafe to drive. Given the suspension work carried out for the roadworthy, a wheel alignment and balance should have been completed before delivery. The dealership acknowledged the issue and agreed to rectify it, but never followed through.

I was also promised a 12-month warranty, which I have never received.

Additionally, the vehicle was advertised and sold with 3 months registration, yet it only came with approximately 3 weeks remaining. Again, I was told this would be corrected, but nothing has been done.

As a result, I am now having to pursue the matter through VCAT to have these issues resolved.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing work from Hamed and KHG AUTO – We took our 2005 Citroen C3 that was faded, clear coat was peeling all over the car and 2 dents on the vehicle We were told by Hamed that he could do all the preparation and spray painting in 10 days which he delivered on his promise. Not only did he repair the dents and match the colour perfectly, he also ensured that the car would look much better than it was when we sent it to him. We were completely blown away by the end result!!! The colour was matched perfectly and the car was absolutely shining to a tee. THANK YOU Hamed and the guys at KHG Auto workshop. We will be back after this great experience . We are thrilled to have what was a delapidated painted car to the new shiny one we have today Great work Hamed 10/ 10 for excellent work

Perfect job and really good price – I've done my body repair and rear door and rear bumper repair and new paint was really good experience with this guys and really good prices And also done my all services. Thanks guys

they are not trustworthy at all and rip you off. Don't go there in any circumstances – I brought my car to them for a regular service, which was running totally perfect, and they charged me 400$ dollar, which was a bit high but I didn't care, however they made some mistakes which caused my car not working as before. Engine going off suddenly. Wasted my time to come and go 2 times and give me some wrong parts which couldn't solve the issue they put on my car.

Finally, they said we change the parts which is ignition coils, and they charged me 250$. They sent me a receipt as you see in the attachment, where the total for this service is barely reaches to 200$, and they charged me the GST of the previous service on this one!!! (Are you crazy???). I expected to fix the car free as they made this fault and the car was fine, they couldn't accept responsibility of their faults which caused by lack of expertise.

They smoked in my car, and the smell of smoke has remained in the car. They lost my Car Cigarette Lighter, and put a faulty one in place. And I called to get some explanation for what happened they were rude and cut the line on me.

In conclude, they are not trust worthy at all, and rip you off. Don't go there in any circumstances.

I wait for a while and give them opportunity to explain and compensate accordingly, and after that I will escalate this issue as explained in following link:
