Order cancelled after weeks of expecting delivery. Didn't even bother to tell me it wasn't coming – I’ve just had to go back through my initial order after wondering why there’s been no progress on my order for so long to find out that it’s been cancelled! No email, no nothing and one VERY disappointed child in store on Christmas day. I suggest you ensure you have stock available before selling it and work on your customer service and communication. Rude manager at Doncaster store! – I visited the Doncaster store today with my 5 year old daughter and after browsing and purchasing, my daughter asked me to read a book to her from the store. decided not to shop from this store again in order to support companies who value what their customers want and who support local industries. Have cute toys and staff are always friendly and helpful Since they are now affiliated with Mothercare they are no longer supporting Australian owned and designed brands of clothing (Oobi, Purebaby, Bebe by Minihaha) after next season. This is to replaced with their uk brand Mothercare. While the clothing is ok, is not of the same standard of the Australian Brand clothing, nor do they have labels reflecting the company's aims at improving ethical, environmental and social conditions (such as with Purebaby).

This Is A Great Store – Kids Central is a wonderful place to shop for children. The one closest to me has just shut down and its a real shame. The store has alot of unique products and they also have a wide range of dollhouses which my daughter just loves. OK – Lovely unique shop for your children. It's great they have an area set up for children to play, makes shopping easier. Excellent – I really like Kids Central. It tends to be more expensive than the Toys R Us type shops but does stock a great quality toy.
