Extremely disappointing for the price purchased this kids’ watch for around $250 GL50 and had a very disappointing experience. The watch developed water damage even though it was never exposed to water directly. It was only used under normal conditions such as light moisture and rain, which is exactly the kind of everyday exposure you would… Read more
expect for a kids’ watch. Despite this, the device failed.it kept making SOS calls.
When I raised a warranty claim, it was rejected because it was just 10 days out of warranty(exactly after 1 year of purchasing), with no flexibility or consideration given to the situation. I was then told a replacement would cost $150 (GL50 model), which is still very expensive given the original purchase price and early failure.
For a product marketed toward children, I expected much better durability and fairer customer support. Unfortunately, both were lacking.
I would not recommend this product to other parents.
Bought a KidsOClock “IP67 waterproof” kids watch, and it stopped working after my son wore it in the rain—just two months after purchase. I contacted customer support for warranty claim and clearly explained what happened. Their response? “Water damage voids the warranty.” They asked us to send the watch back for inspection, and then simply… Read more
confirmed it was “water damage” and refused any refund or replacement.
They completely ignored my question about why a product advertised as IP67 couldn’t even handle rain. Instead, they just kept repeating that water damage isn’t covered.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful before buying—this product did not perform as advertised, and the customer service was frustrating and unhelpful.
This is the worst customer service EVER! Straight out of the box the watch is rubbish! Nothing works, it doesn’t track child, doesn’t charge properly the screen glitches constantly! Do not buy this watch! Save your money and time. No one can help you if you receive a faulty watch! Worst!!!
Bad experience with customer service. My kidsoclock watch advertised as IP67 as water proof and should be able to manage in water upto 1meter depth and upto 30 min. However, it stopped working after water spillage from a cup. However customer service team simply refused any responsibility stating terms and condition doesnt offer any service for… Read more
water damage. If watch stops working due to merely water spillage than it must not be advertised as IP67 product. The customer service offered $ 20 discount for the faulty service. So cheap!! The company makes false promises and incorrectly claims about the products being water proof. Very disappointed.
They replaced 3 separate watches due to faults, I had to pay for postage each time. I also had to follow up emails just to make sure they got it - poor communication and refused to give me a contact number. Last watch they reckon there’s water damage and if I was a new one they’ll give me a bit of a discount and I have to pay 9.99 for postage. Laughable. ABSOLUTE waste of my time, money and pure disappointment for my child! Show details
If I could give a zero I would. I messaged the customer service to enquire about factory resetting the watch. I have never had a more painful experience! I gave all the information requested and they kept asking more. At the end they advised it would take up to 48hrs to reset a watch, something it should take one second but apparently we are not… Read more
allowed to reset something we bought the company retain this privilege. I than asked for an email address for complaints and the company rep stop responding altogether. Do NOT buy worst possible company
Terrible customer service – Watch was faulty first time out of box . They did replace it but it was the worst experience. You can not talk to a person they won’t call you, there is no number on website . I asked to be called as I wanted to pay to upgrade had to use online chat was told they would consider .
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - fails to work 1 month after warranty expires USE GARMIN – FAILS to work 1 month after the 12 month warranty ends. Don't offer any help and despite cancelling the contract still pay the fee for the 'phone' even though it is worthless and doesn't work so can't actually use the product or phone so use the credits purchsed
Junk - never worked then burned my son's wrist AVOID – This was purchased as a Santa gift and was shipped without a Sim..the watch is Sim.locked to their own network. Paid to unlock to other networks. Never worked, tried two different telco providers, took weeks of crappy support, my boy loved the watch but was so upset he couldn't make calls. He wanted to wear it still, was playing in the garden… Read more
and was splashed with a hose. The watch started vibrating non stop then got re hot and burned his wrist.
Spoke to support who confirmed the watch is IP67. Their support team stated the watch can zero water contact other than rain even though IP67 guideline state "IP67 rating can be fully submerged in fresh water to a depth of 0.5 m, for 30 minutes"
This is a bad device, with terrible support and zero care for the consumer. Don't ruin your child's hopes by buy this piece of junk!

Not worth to buy – I’m giving my review after one year. This watch is not worth, First watch worked only for 6 months after that it stopped working. They replaced (after big arguments) with another one, unfortunately that watch also last for 6 months. I think spending huge money on this watch is not worth. We have better options in the market with good price and… Read more
long durability. Finally, I purchased similar type of watch in Amazon which is half the price of Kidsoclock. The only difference is brand name nothing else.

Kids o’clock watch – I recently purchased 2 KidsOClock watches. My kids love them and they seem easy for them to use. The extra straps you can purchase with Velcro have been easier for the kids to use so I recommend these for younger ones (6&8). Great to be able to keep in contact with them when they are away from me. Show details
