No customer support – I have a T3 which is the top of the range KK. There are a few issues that need rectifying but I cant get answers from Head Office. Their customer support seems non excistent
Kimberley Kampers Kruiser – I have had many Caravans over the years and yes they all have their issues with Quality and warranty. Be prepared ! My Kimberley T3 is one hell of a Kruiser it is by far the best Caravan I have ever owned and yes it has had its share of issues, mainly electrical components not working correctly or failing but in a feature rich complex product you need to be prepared for such issues however over a period you do eventually sort everything out. KK through their dealer network were always there to help and resolve warranty issues, no questions asked. I am now 6 months out of warranty and my Combi Inverter just went toast through no cause of my own however the manufacturer Enerdrive would not honour their 2 year warrant and simply claimed it was my Fault, "go figure" .I am pleased that both Bruce and Adam from KK stepped in and did everything they could to look after me even after the warranty period and covered the replacement costs. I cant ask for more! All Caravans have or will have issue over time, but for me the Kimberly Experience has been very positive and I would always buy another Kimberly over 99% of the other Caravan brands.
