This gift was purchased for Mother’s Day. I was initially worried it wouldn’t arrive in time, especially since the shipping address was incorrect when I placed the order. To my surprise, customer service responded quickly and made sure I received it beforehand. They were very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you, MyDeal—I’ll definitely come back again.
Bad Customer Service – I purchased through My Deal winter a winter bed sheet, which was delivered by Kingtex. three holes in the sheet. KIngtex offered me $9 discount which I rejected. After two weeks arguing and corresponding via MyDeal, they sent me a pre-paid postage label. However, I had to find packaging. The item is not heavy but with a bigger volume as to not fit into an envelope, unless I purchase the largest plastic available at thee post office at my expense. The value of the product $19, is probably lower than the return postage, as I had to find a box to fit it in, not to spend extra. This is very bad customer service and will reflect on MyDeal negative as well
