Avoid Kivori. This has been one of the more frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a while. I received an incomplete order, the “pet hair dissolver” that was supposed to be included was missing. On top of that, the product itself did not perform as advertised, which I documented and sent to their team. From there, it went downhill. Multiple emails went unanswered. When I finally got a response, they dismissed the issue and refused a return or refund, claiming the product was “in good condition”, completely ignoring the missing item and the fact that it doesn’t work as represented.
I gave them multiple chances to resolve this directly, including a final notice with a clear deadline. No response.
For $46.95, they chose to ignore a customer instead of making it right. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate.
As a business owner, I can’t wrap my head around that decision. Short-term thinking like this costs far more in lost trust than the value of a simple refund.
Buy accordingly.
Don’t be caught with Kivori pet shop, when you order they put you on an automatic subscription and when requested don’t take the subscription off
Back in early December 2025 I purchased a pair pet hair removal gloves for total $38.09 they state they use reputable delivery system. GoFo is no way a reputable delivery system. They left my package outside the post office during non-business hours which of course someone helped themselves to them. Kivori stated that it was marked delivered and it is out of their hands. Well, they do have a satisfaction, guarantee, motto: WHY CHOOSE PET HAIRS 30 days satisfaction guaranteed if not satisfied we will make it right WE PROMISE they’re not making anything right they’re passing the buck I’m out of my money and no product Do not deal with this company do not warning warning.
Misleading advertising on Facebook. I wanted one glove and ended up paying for 4 gloves and a laundry hair removal bundle. I have contacted the site email many times to return the items with no response.
