Kleva Swifty Sweep

I got the wrong appliance that I ordered? The product I believed that I ordered had a motor and a rechargeable battery – I ordered a rechargeable battery operated swivel sweeper and was sent a manual one I can not use because of my disability.

Kleva Swifty Sweep – Had a problem with the handle as I was being a bit dense, but contacted Kleva and spoke to a wonderful man named James. The assistance provided was great and he was so patient so customer service with Kleva is worth it. Thanks James.

For the first time poor quality in Kleva product range...! – For the first time poor quality in Kleva product range...! the dust pan door fell off on the first day itself. I had to fix it with a sticky tape. Quality of material not good.

This is great – Which is an excellent product to use in my workshop. I create a lot lot of sawdust and washed it doesn’t pick up the big lots, it’s great for picking up the little bits and pieces that are left over. Show reply

It's okay – This little machine is not what I expected. It is far too light and does not pick much up. I have had to go over the dust and dog hair multiple times. Useless – Average at best, the catcher tray pops open if you go over a slightly uneven floor board. It Fails to pick up small light weight dirt. Need to push down whilst operating it for the duster wheels to engage. When I called customer service they refused to cover return postage for a refund. Disappointed and dissatisfied :( will not be using This company again.

Third grade home cleaner – It makes excessive noise The product is cheaply made without pride. It only partially works. Being red is the only attraction rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish

Pretty disappointing – Not easy to use, need to push down quite firmly to get the sweeper action to work. Does a very poor job of cleaning up sand, not bad for bigger rubbish / hair / fur etc

another dissatisfied customer mentioned that it wasn't for carpets so tried it on my timber laminate...All it did was move the dirt and scratch the laminate....Abysmal product..you should refund everybody who ever bought one!

Utter Rubbish – What a complete waste of time and money. Useless item does not do what it says it does. It’s flimsy does not work well on carpets. Ended up using dustpan and brush.

What a piece of crap – I brought the buy one get one free offer I went halves with a neighbour so I got half my money back thank god cause it's useless absolutely useless went to sweep under chairs as I pulled back so could turn it everything come out so now I just use the vacuum cleaner at least that way I only have to do it once

Extremely Disappointed – After using swifty sweep on my timber floors I then swept with a broom and got a pile of dirt. Product is too light and ineffective, bristles are too soft. Product not easy to manoeuvre next to useless. Quality is way below what I expected.

Rubbish – Worked well the first three times then that was it, all over. As much use as a chocolate teapot.At least i am not dumb enough to try and clean up the mess from my floor in the same way the people on their ads do. They seem to find cleaning a real challenge.

Disappointed – Like all domestic mops/brooms, the handle is way too short resulting in back ache when I use it, and I am only 5'6" tall. I can only imagine how tall people get on. Also it is not balanced right. When you pick it up by the handle, the sweeper pivots forward and the dirt falls back out of the dust tray. It should swing back to keep the dirt at the back of the dust tray.

An embarrassment to all – Does not do as promised & handle continually comes apart. Far too flimsy and needs removal immediately from the market before others get taken in. I am about to seek a refund just on principle.

Don't listen to the trolls – I read the reviews and didn't buy one at first as bad reviews but spoke to my nerdy brother and he told me about trolls so I brought one omg it really works I have a bird a cat and a hairy red heeler and I live on sandy soil! It even picks up sand on my lino and wood floors. Would recommend to everyone give it a try. Yes u have to clean brushes but rarely .

Not the best but not the worst as seen on tv product – It does sweep up the dirt and debris off of the wooden floor boards but on the tile i find it does not work as well. i find i am contently trying to remove it out so the broom so it can sweep again. Would i say its better than a normal broom and dust pan probably not.

Dreadfull – Absoultly pathetic .doesnt even work on dog hair on a tiled floor.went over and over again and absolutely crap.cant believe its still being advertised on tv . Wouldnt pick up a $5.00 hooker

What the Hell, false advertising for sure – So 1 thing it does do is maneuver, it will lay flat, but that is it , one pass is rubbish it needs repeated passes just to pick up cat litter it just throws it everywhere and Glass forget it , stitches can attest to that, fur attaches to the nubs underneath, the brush was bent by the paper work so one side has never worked like the other, It does not go down edges like they show without leaving bits behind, and corners forget it as well.

GONG!! – This sweeper would have to be the most flimsy useless sweeper ever made. You have to put about 10kgs of pressure on the handle to make the wheels grip and if you bump the rubbish tray it just drops its guts on the floor. No wonder this mob is giving away 4 for the price of one. Someone should smash that squeaky voiced idiot over the head with one. Score: -5 out of 10. RUBBISH !

Hopeless – I see that this product has been discontinued and I know why. It's absolutely useless and they should give everyone their money back. Will never buy anything off Kleva again if this is the quality of the products that they sell.

Useless piece of junk – Total waste of money didn't work as advertised at all tried to sweep bird seed all it did was spread it every wear don't wast your money with this useless piece of junk

Worse than useless - it's laughable – Wheels under spinner don't roll, preventing the bristles from rotating. So basically if they don't move the unit cannot pick up dust dirt pet hair etc. Tried on many different surfaces and have to apply a large amount of downward force to make the wheels to roll, in order to collect dirt. Problem is then it starts to drop dirt. So it's laughable. Don't waste time on this.

Terrible – As soon as the little wheels underneath get dish on the the brushes stop spinning and you have to push really hard on the handle to spin to pick up. Also if you go over a bump eg grout on tiles the dirt/dust falls out from the emptying flap.

NOT as seen on TV – Bristles dont rotate close to the wall. Leaves more on the floor than it picks up. If you go over a surface it will drop dirt out. I had to get broom and dustpan out to effectively clean the tiled floor. Very disappointed

Terrible – It doesn't pick up everything and brushes don't turn all the time I want my money back please . I found it very hard to use as I had to keep going over the same area. Constantly I worked harder than ever just to get a small area swept

Not as advertised – Product not as advertised. Not easily manoeuvrable. Have to repeatedly go over to collect all dirt/dust/mess of any kind. Hair gets caught causing bristles to stop spinning. All in all very unimpressed.
