have a female name, it was very poor on their behalf. Then, when I asked for my account to be deleted they never bothered replying, and my account still exists. They’re dismissive of customer concerns (and privacy, after all, my account was never deleted), so I guess customer service isn’t important to this small business. Apparently my gender is for them to decide, so they can just dismiss it as if it doesn’t matter. A bizarre experience after two purchases. There are many other boutique fashion sites to buy from, including small businesses.
