I love my Klouds boots! – I bought a pair of boots from Klouds and they have been so comfy! Really soft leather, good arch support insole and stylish too. I wore them almost every day this winter and they still look great. I am now looking at purchasing a pair of the Silver Lining sandals for summer. Show details
Quality doesn't match price tag – I was initially very pleased with my purchase of the Daffodil arch support shoe. It looks good, perfect for work, and provided the promised and much needed arch support. However at $200 a pair I expect long lasting quality. After one day in a floor carpeted office, with only short stints walking on bitumen, the base of the heels already had the… Read more
scuffing I find in shoes that have been warn many times. The second wear resulted in one of the heel pads coming off completely. Clearly poor workmanship.
Stylish, durable and soooo comfy! – I bought a non-leather pair of Klouds walking shoes 2 years ago. I've worn them every day and they're still going strong, although a bit scruffy now. Bought a new pair of leather 'Klouds Wren' shoes and I've had them on ever since they arrived. I love it that I can take out both insoles while I wear the shoes in then, sequentially, put the insoles back. Klouds' knowledge of feet and comfort really shows! Show details
Poor quality for price – I bought a pair of Mary Jane style Kloud shoes called Yoko as I am on my feet all day and need good shoes for this reason. These shoes were recommended by a specialist shoe shop. Right from the start they were uncomfortable but figured I would get used to them. After approx 6 months of wearing them, the sole has split through the middle at the… Read more
ball of the foot area on both shoes. I am extremely disappointed with this as I paid $230 and would reasonably expect more wear from them. Don’t waste your money on these shoes.
Not worth the price at all – I am quite disappointed with these shoes. The top material is very hard and the cut of the shoes is rather high on the outside so they continually put pressure on the outside ankle (bone). Very painful. The arch support is not as pronounced as I had hoped. The holes for the shoelaces are super tight, you can hardly pull the laces through. Not what I would expect from more expensive shoes. Sole disintegrated on first wear – The shoe is Mary Jane style B2008_11A. The sole on both shoes disintegrated on the first wear. Not something I would expect in quality manufacturing. Show details
Poor quality for price – Loved my shoes - comfortable and looked great but after only a month of wear the lining has lifted...wafer thin. Fine if I'd purchased at Kmart, but for $140??? Very disappointed!! Show details
Worst pair of shoes I every bought – Paid $200 for a pair of cara sneakers. Tongue kept slipping down and forming an uncomfortable ridge. Zips keep slipping down. Now the metal bar in the sole has worn through and has had to be removed. Company did not want to know about it. Very very disappointed Show details
Dark Klouds – I bought Klouds leather sandals with complete backs, designed to be used with orthotics. The poor workmanship of my Klouds sandals, with sharp edges and roughly cut leather has given me severe open wounds around the ankle as the sandals are not smooth and comfortable as the company claims. Also this is the third brand of sandals of mine that have… Read more
PU soles (they no longer use leather), that have split and cracked open, and are now unusable!! Polyurethane (PU) is claimed to be long lasting and this is not true!! Sometimes shoes with PU soles only last months! These Klouds sandals were not a cheap product, a product I was assured was good quality!!!
