Any wonder these have apparently been discontinued! Not even 8 months old and the gel on this $30 pillow has gone all sticky! I've got a similar, smaller pillow (different brand) that is 6 year old and is still like new!

This product is defective and there was no resolution "without a receipt"

Thanks but im giving up on this. Can you recall the payment method you used for a purchase 8+ months ago? I know I can't.
I'll just put this down to experience and avoid purchasing similar items from Kmart in future.
A nice pillow very suitable for me – I brought this last Oct and found this pillow form factor, size, height and comfort level are suitable for me, better than other Anko memory form pillow. although I would like to buy one more, I can't find it is avaliable in Kmart now. highly recommend if Kmart back fill the stock again

Not confortable – I bought this pillow a couple of days ago despite the fact it says medium, the pillow feels hard, not confortable to sleep on and started to provoque pain in my neck plus the cooling disappear after a couple of seconds of laying my head on !!

Excellent value – I bought this as a spare pillow and didn't expect to like it more than the expensive one I already had. It's good value, very comfortable and keeps you cool.
