interested, keep asking me to submit the original purchase invoice etc, all of which I have done. They continue to tell me they have no record of my transaction and "have a great day" even though I have supplied them with a copy of invoice and shipping dispatch. I'm in the market for another pool cover but will not be purchasing anything through them again.

Worst company ever, save yourself a headache and do not buy through these people or their affiliated – Purchased a container ramp which I have never seen. Just received false information and I mean false. Now have to dispute with credit card provider to cancel payment.

Terrible sheets. Terrible service. No refund or replacement – I bought two pairs of sheets from this company online through Ebay. One was 500TC queen sheets and the other was microfibre queen sheets. microfibre ones however are not ok. The first time I put the microfibre ones on the bed they pilled within two days. I washed them and put them back on the bed and the same thing happened. I contacted Kmate via Ebay messages. They told me they had a 7 day warranty period so they couldn't do anything. No wonder they have a 7 day warranty period. It doesn't give customers enough time to try the product. I contacted Ebay and put in a dispute. I had to send a photo which I did. I actually got offered a 20% refund in the end. I declined this and told them I wanted to send the faulty sheets back and get my money back. There was no more response from Kmate. I tried escalating through Ebay however the time frame expired. I am now trying through Paypal. I've had to escalate through Paypal because Kmate won't respond.

I have totally wasted my money on a faulty product from a shonky company that seems to be ripping people off and getting away with it.

My advise is to save your money and stay away from this company.

Terrible iron worse service – Purchased a iron online that turned out to be a dangerous dog of an iron. Because it was a couple of weeks out of warranty by the time I tracked down Kmate I was told it was my bad luck. Well I certainly won't ever go back for more bad luck.

The cost may have only been a little under $200.00 but on principal I am now investigating taking the matter further & possibly involving fair trading (think called ACCC).

Excellent customer service – Although the item purchased through eBay was not suitable I was able to return it to KMate and receive a full refund. Dealing with KMate Customer Service was a very pleasant experience.

Shelving unit – Bought a shelving unit, overall the unit is fairly good. One Coss beam has paint peeling off it and is rusty. Sent emails and called them about 6 times in a month regarding warranty with no response. Still trying, just about ready to drive to Oakleigh office and confront directly. No service, no warranty protection. DO NOT buy from K mate or Klika.

Used to have the best customer service – Purchased a gazebo from them in 2013 Nov, product quality was okay and we are still using it. Most surprise thing for this seller is they really have a good customer service, really help for the replacement and delivery problem.

Waited 2 months for item – Waited 2 months for an item but after emailing them twice found that they are not getting anymore in. No customer follow up and no care at all.

Brushcutter ... looks good but poor quality – Bought the unit as big brother to Husqvana which I have. Unit arrives in many parts and needs significant assembly. Unit looks good. piece of lawn. Powerful effective unit when used with nylon spool head. Ran for 5 mins then tried first bump to extend line. Black plastic head fragmented. Tried my professional aluminium head .... worked well but unit overheated to the point where the carburettor was vaporising the fuel back to the tank. Kept stopping for a cool. Kept persevering. Next the screws holding the carby to the engine vibrated loose. Disassenbled and re-attached carby. Still would only work with full throttle even after checking fuel mix. Then black locking pin stopping bottom half of shaft from revolving bends and shaft keeps revolving regardless of how tight the clamp is screwed.

QA is non-existent. The actual unit is well designed and powerful, and actually starts well. Its just that bits arn't really screwed on or adjusted properly.

Money well worth it – I bought a home gym from this company after ringing them and they assured me it was identical to their picture. It arrived from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast in 3 days. Bad instruction manual meant it took nearly a week to assemble but product itself is great. Freight was a little costly. About 1/2 the price l would pay here. Instruction manual not great

Yukon whipper snipper – Dear friends.
