Do not buy from this company – I ordered one of their beds but cancelled within 4 hours. They said it had been processed and was on its way but Aust Post did not receive it until 2 days later. After various emails and PayPal being involved they were saying all the right things about the return and refund. I am still awaiting a refund and it is over 2 weeks. They stall the recess by asking for receipts from the courier who never turned up,the return tracking number which was their own number, I still have a copy of the tracking.

Terrible quality – I purchased two of these beds for my pets. I have previously owned similar but they were getting old. On arrival they we’re back packed and when I opened them they were totally scrunched up. I had to pull the fibres apart within them to get some shape but even then they are totally misshapen. There’s no zip so not too sure how they can be washed. Just don’t go there. Feel completely ripped off knowing there’s so much better quality out there

Didn’t receive item – Ordered 2 items at start March, received 1 item. After many emails and contact. Nearly 3 months later still no item and after I requested them to resend item still nothing.

Impenetrable! – Great bed, the only one so far my Samoyed can’t break through! I now need a larger bed as his bum hangs out or the medium sized one I purchased
