top has added some life back to the table and no scratches. Glass does show smudges but then I clean it. I still use table mats though. After ordering the glass top it only took just over a week for me to be able to pick it up. Great job Koala Glass.

shed I then followed him in he was opening the door to my patrol I said I thought it would be good to say hello before he walked into my shed, he said do you want me to do the job or what, I said no you rude bastxxrd get off my property, as soon as they left I rang his office and told what had happened to a lady who answered the phone she was polite and said she would have a talk to him when he returned, no mention about my windscreen replacement, I have used this company before twice and my interaction was good not this time. Best price does not always win will go somewhere else now me and my extended family family will never use again.

New Windscreen Great Service – Have a 98 Nissan Patrol 4WD with a smashed windscreen. cleaned and repaired the best they could do to fit the replacement windscreen. Several photos were provided to show me what they have found. They could have replaced this screen and said nothing as no rusting was visible from the outside. Thanks Koala Glass and your price charged was very reasonable. Highly recommend you for windscreen replacements. At least I know now where the water was leaking into the car. Cheers Neil.

Buyer beware – Ordered through this company as it had been recommended by several local people. Their website requires you to order a shower screen which doesn’t doesn't go through to their side of the site (we have no record of it several weeks later). installation day, no one arrive within the hours time frame provided - I was first job of the day. I phoned the office to ask if the installation was still scheduled and was advised I should have been contacted due to a delay. Ten minutes later I received a ‘courtesy message’ advising the installer was ‘on his way’ and if I was unable to be at the premises to let them know. I understand delays occurs, however, the overall customer service at this company is lacking. Then there was the issue of cracked tiles. I had taken photos and a video of the shower area prior to them attending. There is now a discussion as to who cracked tiles and whose responsibility it is. The installer states he has photos, however, I know the photos he took were after he removed the shower screen as I stood and watched him remove the shower screen. Clearly the message on the invoice states, ‘tiles CAN’T be cracked.’ Someone needs to revise that as it should state tile CAN be cracked. After the installer had gone I saw a message that the balance had been deducted from my bank account. I had never given written permission for a direct debit. I had provided my card details over the phone for the deposit to be deducted. When I phoned and spoke to [Name Removed], he said he always tells people that the balance will be deducted after the job is completed. Legally, they can[‘t direct debit anything without some sort of documentation stating the process and I need to agree to that. Shower screen is a vast improvement on what was there, however, another company could have done the same job without the hassles. Would I recommend this company … absolutely NOT. They are not the cheapest and they are not the most expensive. Lesson learned.
