it and Gave it a try. The firm side is too high and firm and the low side worked out perfectly for me. I tried it and it took about 3-5 days to get use to it but I've now had it over a month and love it. There is a smell to it (like latexish) but after a month mine has gotten softer & less smelly.

Ive slept so much better than I have on any other pillow. My head feels weightless not bent up or down, but perfectly supported. It is memory foam and your head does sink and that does take getting use to. I use to wake when having a turn at night and my head would need to resink in. But now I'm use to it I don't wake & don't have any issues.

It's probably not for everyone, my hubby didn't like it and prefers his 20$ kmart pillow, which he has a strange attachment too... But nonetheless the 120 night trial you've got nothing to lose! And I've loved it!

misleading promotion – I made my purchase because i received an email saying that i'd get 10% off any purchase because i was referred to by a mate who just purchased something at Koala. However, there was nothing from the email that came with a code or instructions of how to redeem the 10% off discount. I ended up having to email Koala about this, and was given a code… Read more

subsequently to apply. However, at checkout, I was told that the code was not valid for the item I purchased - this was not consistent with what Koala first offered! I then had to further talk to some of the staff about this, it took another few email correspondences, and then eventually they had to refund 10% discount to me. I find the whole promotion of 10% discount misleading as it doesnt come with any code, and unless you bother to go through the trouble of talking to staff by staff about this, you don't end up getting the discount as promised. Wasted alot of time trying to redeem.

My neck is well supported and I don’t wake up sore.

Because it is memory foam if I do sit in bed with my Koala pillow behind me I do have to rotate it as a section normally goes flat - BUT comes back up pretty quick.

For $150 I was a bit worried but they have a 90 day policy that you can return it, but you won’t want too!

Highly recommend!

Pillow is too high for me – There was a bad smell when you first receive it so you have to air it out for a while, tried both sides of the pillow but the soft side was still too high for me unfortunately.  Show details

Best pillow ever! – I have a bad back, bad neck and sleep in several positions every single night, so I’ve always had an issue with pillows hurting my neck, or just not lasting - my last one lasted 3 weeks before the inside fell to pieces. I’ve had my Koala pillow for a few months now and it’s so comfortable it’s ridiculous. I also get very hot when I sleep and I haven’t woken with head sweats since using this pillow. Could be a bit thicker – Cannot fault the service. Ordered and delivered same day, you can actually track the truck making the delivery. Pillow is very comfortable and I am sleeping better. I feel it’s a bit flat for me as I’m quite tall and therefore probably wider across the shoulders. So if the pillow was a bit thicker it would be perfect.  Show details ·  1

Exactly what i needed! Has improved my sleep a lot! – The pillow is amazing! I barely readjust it, it sits on my bed, and i just out my head on it every night and BAM! I'm off. I like my head to be up and not driwn in the pillow, and this pillow gives you EXACTLY that.  Show details ·  1

Koala keeps knocking it out of the park – I've had the mattress for a few years and thought i'd give their pillows a try, and again quality and comfort is top notch. Super comfortable and foam can be removed to to adjust the thickness.
