I can't get over some of these reviews.. I purshased The Classic Short Boot in Mauve size W7 which was slightly a bit bigger so returned & received a refund & purshased a size W6 & they fit perfectly & so warm. Just needed in Melbourne's cold winter. Show details ·  1

Been ordering from here for 10 years - HAS NOT DISSAPOINTED ME YET! :) – Confused about these reviews here I think they have scammers trying to ruin this companies reputation LOL - I have been buying uggs from here for over 10 years and let me tell you - they have not dissappointed me yet! :) These new shoes I got are the Koalabi Dannii boots size 9 Great fit, excellent quality and very soft sheepskin. It saddens me to write this review – It saddens me to write this review as I purchased the Buller Terrain Boots for $209 from Koalabi Australia less than 12 months ago with hopes of a quality made ugg boot . for Summer/Autumn. The weather started to turn so it was time for them to do their thing about 2 weeks ago. I noticed 5 days ago that the stitching had failed and opened the boot right up which you can see in the pics. They are now obviously unwearable so I took the below pics and sent them to info@koalabi.com asking what could be done about it. The reply was that their footwear is only covered by a 3 month warranty(I WAS GOBSMACKED FOR A $209 BOOT??) and that I could send them in for repair at my own cost plus shipping. I explained that a $200+ boot has a life expectancy of more than one year and that these had been worn A LOT less than that. I was quoted an approx. cost for repair which once shipping is paid(was told I have to pay) pretty much over half the cost of a new pair. Soo now I am stuck with ugg boots I can't wear as I am not interested in paying repair costs for a poor quality product. And would you believe, The below paragraph is from their website. "Australian made products are subject to strict quality standards. When you buy Australian made you know that that you are getting a high quality product that is built to last while supporting local Australian jobs." What a waste of money!!!
