Poor customer service, and terrible quality monitor – I have had the monitor for just under a year and since the start I have had problems. to upgrade it. Neither made a difference. The buttons stop working and I have to take the battery out to turn it off so it can restart. The last conversation with customer service said that they will replace the monitor but I haven't heard anything since and they will not respond to my emails and im afraid it will turn off during the night while my child is sleeping and I won't hear them wake. Terrible experience and will not repurchase and definitely not recommend.

Disappointing – We were very excited to use this as it seemed the best on the market, but have been very disappointed. as the monitor can't last the night. We also took the device away with us and it couldn't connect via wifi, which was frustrating as this was a feature we were impressed with. I do like how the camera can rotate and connect to our phone if needed, but what's the point of all the features if the device doesnt last more than a couple hours?

Disappointing – Very disappointed with our purchase. settings are so sensitive (or don’t work at all) that if turned on, you’ll receive motion alarms every minute.

If I had my time again I’d just buy a normal video camera synced to a phone or tablet. For something so simple they really haven’t delivered.

Absolutely useless as a baby monitor – If you are wanting to monitor your baby using the sound, look else where. We can only use this product with the sound off due to a constant ticking/white noise sounds when baby monitor is in use. Monitor freezes when we try to adjust volume or move the picture. awake and screaming (can't hear the screaming because we have to have the sound off). As a new mum I want to move my baby into his own room but we can't as we have no way of monitoring his noise during the night. I have been in contact with kodak for 3 weeks now and they keep telling me the firmware has been updated and it is fixed. We are still having the exact same issues despite their "help". Very disappointing.
