Hi I’m having trouble with my Kogan 10kg top loader washing machine, not spinning. Does not have a drainage issue, not a belt issue . Every thing else seems fine. I know there’s other things I could check BUT I thought I would ask first . Anyone had this issue. Maybe someone can let me know. Thanks Matt

Common fault: Drive belt (part number O-545E) has stretched and you need a new one. I contacted Kogan spares when mine went and they don't supply this belt (pretty lame). I found an alternate at PT Parts in Northcote Victoria (www.naismith.com.au) - part number: Z19.75VB, $22 delivered by tracked post. To change it took a phillips head screwdriver, a 10mm socket/spanner and 15 minutes.

I had the same, about 2 months after warranty ran out. Your drive belt has probably stretched. Kogan don't stock the part. I found an alternate through PT Parts: Z19.75VB. About 15 minutes to change it myself.

Jawad H I believe if u put your clothes in & power on then press start it is meant to.. but this machine is bloody weird & who knows! 5 small items & it selects a higher then needed amount water ♂️Just got ours after seeing high ratings for the size & price but I can’t figure out why HO 1-4 LO 1-4 does nothing to spray strength.. & it stops with water in it sometimes. You put lowest water level then normal wash (if other) then press wash multiple times showing 1,2,3 etc then same with rinse if required & spin then press start & it shows a different number (time left ?) etc but is confusing. It’s a loud machine & I can’t figure out how to do a rinse then spin or spin only Because it keeps doing something else

Can someone decode the absolutely meaningless symbols relating to the type of wash cycle eg gentle, delicate, wool etc. The instruction manual is NO HELP.

It seems to work if you turn the power off completely, turn it on again, set the program to heavy duty and then press spin.
Hi the manual states 8. If you want to use a customised program on a regular basis, you can program it to the machine's memory for easy access. See the Memory Function section for the machine's memory for easy access. See the Memory Function section for instructions. But the memory section states Memory Function When you run the Normal, Custom or Heavy-Duty program, the machine memorises your settings (except for preset time and water level) for the next time use. settings (except for preset time and water level) for the next time use. Hi there, has anyone had any long term problems with this machine since these reviews? Does it have an agitator?
I had major issues, & very unsatisfactory returns issues when I first bought the machine. I could not use the machine from day one so I cannot advise really anything on the operation of the machine except it caused me a lot of grief trying to get my money back. If your thinking of buying one I would suggest you look at other options. Yes I know some are a lot more expensive but at least they will give you peace of mind.
