Great product, time saving ++ – This is one of those products that you'll wonder why you didn't get one years ago. Makes ironing much quicker, and also doesn't ruin clothes from excess heat. The Kogan model is nice and solid and of good quality. Get one and take an hour a week of your life back.
Ironing Made Easy!! – My $600 steam iron of 10 years recently died, and after reading some reviews online about the Kogan steam iron, I thought that $79 was a small price to pay, and if it wasn't any good, I could then go and spend the extra $$$ on a fancy upmarket steam iron. What a surprise! Lightweight, heats up quickly and the steam factor is very effective. The water storage unit is a big 1L- which is a big contrast to other irons out there in retail land!
Delivery was quick and efficient, and overall, I've had an excellent experience with the iron. Would definitely recommend the item to people out there looking to purchase a new steam iron- at $79, what a bargain!
The best Stem Iron ever! – I have owned a standard Kenwood Steam iron and assumed that all irons are the same, If you want the job done properly some day they will end up getting burnt. The Iron the other day dropped onto the floor and smashed so I went on line here and read the rather disparaging reviews for the Kogan Steam Iron. I still went ahead and bought one. It is fantastic! Heats up in a couple of minutes and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I got it on special for $89. I read here somewhere someone spent $39. Don't know how they did that. I use filtered water and the results are fantastic. Everything I Iron is denim or thick and it is perfect for that. Very happy Kogan. Ps I still went and bought a $10 iron from coles to do Iron on transfers. (never had to use the $10 iron on clothes though) quick to heat up, large space for water, nice landing spot for the iron a little bulky but I think all Irons of this style are. (don't like the red flashing ring when the iron is in stand by mode) looks too much like the xbox red ring of death. I have to unplug it from the wall if I have it plugged into the ensuite.
A bad start but good ending – We purchased the Kogan 2000 Steam Iron in November 2012 and it kept failing to fill the steam boiler we contacted Kogan and being very close to Christmas they asked me to do some tests and send a video of the problem when operating after a few weeks delay they sent an e post image to send it back and sent a new one. This unit has never missed a beat it operates most days and is never put away.
It is a very neat unit light unit but packs a big steam punch.
Good service from Kogan Light weight irons jeans well Nothing
The Kogan 2000 Steam Iron is still going strong it is used every day as my wife irons almost everything and loves this unit.
Kogan 2000W Steam Iron – The worst iron I have ever owned and some of them have only cost $39 !!!!!!!!!! Water and steam everywhere except on the sheets I was ironing, in the end gave up and got my old iron out. Never behaves the same twice and was a total waste of money, which was a shame as Kogan are usually good products. Can't thing of anything Just about everything!
