2 fridges in 16 months – Had this fridge 16 months it was replaced once after 2 months.. and now after 16 months it's having issues .pretty bad for a 800$ fridge to not even last 2 years. Lucky I got the extended warranty even though after I reported it I am still waiting for a response..I won't get another replacement..even though it is still under 2 year Kogan warranty they have been stuffing around for 15 days now. DONT BUY FROM KOGAN

i did send you as private message as request 3 mins after you replied to my comment, i cannot believe how i am being ignored and expected to sit and wait with a major fault fridge issue, for more than 14 days. i cannot believe how this gets passed around.

like i said i have been sending more than 20 emails to your support team, and they are so untrained that they have no idea who is doing what, they do not even read emails to see where the conversation is up to, they just ask a whole new question, like the first question asked almost 20 days ago.
