Best Ever! – Very satisfied with the quality, the picture is crystal clear. The sound is exceptional, the operating system is very easy to use as to are the apps. Terrible waste of money – Terrible tv. Very hard to move around and it just didn't respond. Would love to throw it away if it weren't mounted. Feel like smashing it in for all the time wasted on it. Not as easy as advertised – Purchased this tv just over 1 yr ago now and the only thing that actually works properly is foxtel... Get what you pay for – Replaced a Samsung 32" TV with this model. Whilst the TV has a nice finish, ie it looks good I am disappointed with how long it takes to turn on with the Kogan loading message. Picture is OK for the price I paid it is just too awkward to operate from screen to screen.

Absolutely Terrible – The picture quality on the panel is pretty good, absolutely great value. However, it is bloody impossible to get this tv to actually display 4k. We have a Google Chromecast Ultra that worked absolutely perfectly on a random demo tv at JB HiFi. Finally we got it displaying 4k content, only to find the tv flickers and has a horrible tint unless we force the chromecast back into 1080p mode. The panel looks great, however the android tv is only kitkat (4.4.4) and the 4k is basically unusable. Very dissapointed.

not match how to use remote. Remote is difficult/sometimes does not talk to TV - big delays in functioning of remote or does not respond. Instruction book that comes with TV totally useless!

Logged call for assistance online to Kogan, however I am still waiting for a response!!?? Looks like I have to pay to have professional to set TV up??!! Not happy with this product if I had of known I would of paid the extra for a TV that works eg well known brand.

This was all upsetting but for a cheaper price you have to be flexible, this was my thoughts until we turnt on the tvs, both the picture quality the inconsistent image and the over promise under deliver attitude have made me not want these tvs or anything to do with Kogan, I have tried to call numerous times but the phone number supplied will drop out once the option is selected, if I call Kogan mobile the can not assist, and my emails do not receive a response.

I had to throw out the boxes as I have no where to store them over the Christmas break.

Kogan please advise what can be done about this, I would not normally turn to this method of communication, please tell me what other options I have??

is hardware or software, so said do a firmware upgrade, the usual answer to resolve any issue. What is the point on selling a 4k tv, when it is not capable of playing 4k content? If the Kogan mediator has an answer to resolve this issue, please contact me.

Picture and sound not in sync – Picture is good. Easy to setup but sound doesn’t sync with the picture. Lips are a fraction behind the sound which is distracting and there’s no fix available for it. Burst into flames just now! Dangerous television! – Please don't leave this television unattended - we feel lucky to be alive! The television was connected to a separate power point, which is still working fine. I will update this site when I hear from the company. Pretty good screen, Android system slow and clunky, no optical out for soundbar – Bought this used a week ago, it was original purchased new in August 2017. Whilst it has a keyboard remote, we just treat it as a "dumb" TV and use Apple TV for the "smarts".

I wouldn't pay $599 for this new - at $300 used it was a good buy. You're better off paying a bit more for a Hisense whenever JB has a sale, if you're buying new.

It's ok – Picture quality is good from different angles hasn't really got good sound needs a sound bar if in an open area, has enough ports for all different cables which is great and it's classified as a smart tv with Netflix but Netflix and some other apps won't work. it's ok for a bedroom tv.  Show details

have wasted at least 8 hours to try to make this TV "smarter" (try to access app from TV). We ordered from DickSmith now we are seriously considering to call to send the product back.

(via xbox, Stan, 4K video file) I seriously question whether this TV can even handle 4K....at all. When trying to play a 4K video file through VLC, The TV just crashes. Also, Stan and my xbox both seem to think that the TV is not 4K capable, or not at any setting which isusable at least. Having said this, it suits my purposes fine and with 4K technology still in its infancy, it's not a deal breaker. Apps etc work better on the xbox and as a 43" Full HD screen, $450 is still a pretty good price. I don't watch normal TV anyway so don't even need the TV function of it.

The most frustrating smart tv I've ever come across! – Please take my advice and don't waste your money on this tv if smart is what your after! It's frustrating and hard to navigate through, its slow, Netflix is not readily available, the TV guide is ridiculous to view and the mouse feature on the remote does not go where you want it too. Not bad for the price – The picture quality is good for watching movies not as clear as I thought it would be but it is definitely not for gaming consoles that use 4K resolution. Great TV at an unbeatable price – This model has an LG display which is very crisp and bright which is miles better than our old Hisense FHD model. August and was so happy with the overall Price, quality and features that I have since bought 2 more, 1 x 49 inch and 1 x 55 inch and once again i am stoked. These TV's are great value and very worthy.

First one recieved was faulty, replacementntv took weeks to come and so far it seems ok – The picture quality of this tv is good and the speakers are also good, it has enough ports and pretty good operating system. I only paid $489 for this television and it is what it is the quality isnt perfect but it is also pretty good, so I would recommend this tv as a middle of the road tv.  Show details
