Splendid Value for Money – I got two of these for $119 each. For that price, they've been splendid. Having an oscillating fan that looks good and doesn't take up a whole lot of horizontal area has been lovely. The fan has touch controls on the top and a digital display on the front to show the room's temperature, fan speed/mode and whether it's oscillating or not. Great Cooling and quite! – Works great and adjusts thrust depending on temperature! Quite overall and looks good. Would recommend. Great Price. Swivels quietly too. Poor Attitude No Service – I bought this fan as my partner wanted one for her birthday, we opened the box, connected the base & turned it on, to our disappointment it was rubbish, it sounded like we had a helicopter in the room, we notified Kogan they asked for a video of the fan & its problem, which we provided, they issued a returns docket, I said I wanted a New… Read more

replacement not a repaired/refurbished unit, they have had this fan back in their warehouse now for 3 weeks & after 12 emails later they still will not tell me when I might get a replacement, I'm told the issue is being handled by their most senior customer care officer, but still he/she hasn't bothered to email me with a result, I paid $150 for a faulty product & still have nothing to show for my money, their customer service is non existent in my opinion, never again will I trust this company to supply me anything. On December 22nd unannounced the postman delivered a new replacement it's a revelation the way the replacement performs & all is well with my wife as she finally has what she wanted, although I'm still skeptical about their customer care performance.

multiple settings depending on your needs. Customer service is fantastic and the fact that they have Zippay is even better. I'm a fussy shopper, well being on a disability pension you have be! but I'd love to purchase the Kogan tower tri-fan as well now that I know Kogan is a top quality brand and deliver on what they promise. I will start saving as they are not cheap but not expensive either for a top quality fan. The tower fan has been 1 of my best buys and I look forward to trying the tri-fan. Thank you Kogan.
