Fantastic – Make sure your home is suited to these heaters. If it's a big home or not well insulated they won't heat it up. But if you have a well insulated and not so big rooms they are awesome. The new one has wifi and is totally worth it. So easy to use. Set times etc.i thinking about replacing the others with that model. If I want the room to heat quickly I arc up the air con in heat mode, then turn on Kogan. Turn off the air con. And it stays warm without all the air blowing in your face. I'm writing this review when it's 8 outside and it's cosy as inside

Heats well – I don't understand all the negative reviews. I live in a one bedroom apartment, closed the bedroom door and turn on the heater at 24 degrees in the living room, after an hour I had to turn it off because the room was so hot. It's not the kind of heater where you sit in front of to keep warm. I leave mine against the wall and it heats up the whole room nicely. Show details

A very good little heater – I like the style of these heaters, I now have 3, they are black with glass so they tend to blend in to my decor. They look like a TV so people tend to get confused as to why I have them on my floor. do not buy this heater! – the heater does not heat up and despite sending several emails and finally after much frustration when requesting a refund, I was offered a replacement. Crap don't purchase. Stopped working one month after purchase – Very disappointed and cold. Heated the small space fine for a month. When I turned on teh LED indicated it was working however there is no heat being omitted. There is no reset switch. No response from Kogan. The noise is very loud when adjusting. Very annoyed. Don’t use it on carpet & off the ground – please keep an eye on this! Bought it second hand and didn’t realise it came with feet as the seller didn’t include them. Used it in a carpeted bedroom, and it melted all the way to the concrete while sleeping. Shocked it didn’t start a fire as it was on the whole night

return it and if it is found 'faulty', I will get a credit. At no time did I say it was faulty. Like many others on this review sight, I complained it is not fit for purpose (eg. DOES NOT HEAT UP A ROOM).

Each back and forth with Kogan takes 2-3 days (I reply right away and it takes them 2-3 days to get back to me). My next step is formal complaint to ACCC and a credit card dispute.

Shame on Kogan. This product clearly should not be on their website.

Absolutely useless! More landfill - disgraceful in this day & age – As many have said - the opening at the top sends hot air straight up, not at you or around the room. If you sat right in front of it you'd still be cold. The only way you'd get warm is to straddle the darn thing - how convenient!! Avoid like the plague. Show details

our fairly small lounge was 15o when I turned it on. After 5 hrs of being on it never got any warmer than 18o. You had to stand over the top of it to feel any heat at all. The next day, I reread the instructions to make sure I was setting it correctly ( I was) and gave it another go, again it got no warmer than 18o. After 3 days we gave up and put it back in the box. We spent $119 and got free delivery and was probably going to cost almost that much to send it back, so we still have it. I do not recommend this heater.

Useless heater that does not serve the purpose as advertised by Kogan – It is advertised by Kogan as 'warm your home quickly and efficiently' and 'perfect for large room', which are advertising tricks as this heater does not serve as described. small apartment bedroom. You literally have to stand next to the heater to feel the heat.

Initially i thought my first unit was broken on arrival so I went through the trouble of getting a replacement unit, and needless to say the second unit is just as useless.

If you read back all the reviews on Kogan website, the reviews in the last one year were all great (I wonder why), but there were a few bad ones back in 2016 or so (which I totally agree to).

I never wrote review of products, but I am so angry at this product as I feel like this is a flaw product and Kogan should stop selling it, and my voice needs to be heard.

I wrote back to Kogan about my dissatisfaction, and they did not offer a refund and will not let me write a review on their Kogan website, but said will pass on the message to the relevant department (which of course we all know that it means just simply ignore your complaint, what else can it be?).

If you thinking of buying this, don't let the advertising from Kogan get you, because this is a product to AVOID 100%. I would be happy to go to Big W or Target or K Mart to buy a more effective heater anytime.

Looks good, does the job – I really like this heater because it's not garish or ugly, it kind of just blends into its surrounds. It heats a large-ish room really effectively, plus it has a bunch of different modes for energy efficiency, etc. My main complaint would be that it's quite heavy to move and the settings aren't entirely easy to understand.  Show details

We have it set up in our lounge area which is quite large and open but this little heater certainly manages to battle the elements and keep us very cosy.

Great product – The heater has a remote control and works well. It is a very attractive unit and does not look out of place in an upmarket setting. The remote allows you to set the timer and temperature control from your armchair! It also comes complete with wall mounting brackets. The heat permeates from the top of the unit so the risk of an accidental burn is minimised. Overall I would recommend this product  Show details

First one came smashed, new one is intact – A large well priced heater for winter (using it in the bathroom). Shipping took forever as the first one arrived rattling and I didn't know why until opening it saw shards of glass. Looks sleek, but takes up quite a lot of space for the bathroom. Functions well.
