Hi, is it possible to get this card, and buy an appliance I have been wanting to buy, get the $400 (what is now on offer) cashback or reward or whatever, use it and cancel the card (or shred it as there is no annual fee)? Or do they have exit fees?

Yeah that is exactly what I did. They have no exit fees. I cancelled it after I spent the $400, even tho no annual fee, just in case.

when you say spend $1500 on eligible purchases to get $300 credit. what is considered eligible purchases?

Pretty much anything from shops, instore and online. I'm not sure if paying a bill or rent is included. From what I understand it was anything except cash withdrawal. We bought a lot off of kogan website and a $2000 dining set so easily made the purchase target. If you go with kogan make sure you screenshot the offer they are giving you so they don't rip you off and also know that interest free periods don't count when you have a balanced transfer on the card.
