Quiet and cool – Extremely quiet and effective. Easy to clean. I have difficulty sleeping with any noise, and am not bothered by this fan running all night.

longevity – These fans have been great. Started with two, brought two more. After two years almost constantly being used, none of them has faulted. One of the best investments I have made. Exceeded my expectations on how long they would last.

Purchased in for $99.

Sturdy and QUIET – I needed a quieter fan for the bedroom and after much research and review reading, I landed on this one and so far I am very pleased with my choice. The base is very sturdy and it has a carry handle on the back of the top of the fan which makes moving it around easy. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, I did however have a little trouble with putting both grills of the fan together, it's just a bit fiddly, but got there in the end. It has 12 fan speeds and 1-3 is very very quiet (video provided shows the fan speed at 3), MUCH quieter than my old fan which was a $10 "Click" brand fan from Bunnings. On 3 it's a decent breeze and still very very quiet, but 4 is noticeably louder. That being said, I don't plan on using it for anything other than the bedroom when I'm sleeping, so it won't need to go any higher than 3. I also love the fact that the LED screen on the front will dim after about 15 seconds, so there's no bright lights in the room when it's on either. The remote is super handy and it has a timer function so it can turn off during the night to save some power. Two slightly annoying things: 1) the beeps when changing settings are a little louder than I'd like, and 2) you can only go up in fan speeds. For example if I wanted the speed to be on 3, but accidentally went to 4, I would have to keep pressing the speed button up to 12 to cycle it back to the start again to get back to 3. That being said, while they're a little annoying they're certainly not deal breakers for me, and the pros heavily outweigh the cons.

I was a bit unsure about spending $97 on a fan, but for how quiet it is, it is well worth the money. If you're looking for a quiet bedroom fan, this is the one!

Purchased in at Kogan.com for $97.

Quiet, energy efficient pedestal fan – I have just had 2 of these delivered & can report that they super-quiet, cost-effective fans, perfect for bedrooms but also powerful enough for a large lounge. They stand on solid, sturdy but visually aesthetic stands and bases. They are substantially cheaper than a well-known Japanese alternative but they have a more simple oscillating function, which for my purposes, works perfectly well. I love the remote!

3 Adjustable heights – doubles as a desk fan and stand fan Ultra quiet and energy efficient DC monitor fan Uses up to 65% less energy than traditional AC fans 12 Versatile speeds with 80 degree oscillation function 8 Hour timer and auto shut-off after 12 hours Blue LED display and remote control
