Kogan SmarterHome G50 Robot Vacuum

Very good for the price – We have wooden floors and carpet in the house. On the wooden floors it does a great job vacuuming, get in to most corners. We have 2 small dogs they cause a bit of a mess. So the mopping mode does a reasonable job, not as good as the bucket and mop! Today it cleaned for 1.5 hours. It does not keep the map so you can’t say go to a specific room, it did only cost $260.

Was working fine for18 months but not now – I have loved using this cleaner. But now when I attach the mop function no water is released into the pad. I’ve filled it and left it on the sink and no water comes out the seep holes. I’ve rung the number for Kogan support and it just tells you to go online. Tried that but it’s impossible to actually email them. Support is terrible if you have a problem. Now it only dust the vacuum and I have to keep wetting the mop to wash. Better support needed. Update. My husband contacted them through his online account. We purchased extended insurance at time of purchase. So they sent us reply paid sticker and luckily we kept the original box and packaging. We have sent him off for repair! Let’s see how long it takes!
