Great Robot – I was very surprised how good this product was awesome

Faulty on arrival. Poor Mapping System. Terrible Customer Service – I'm extremely disappointed with the Kogan G80 Robot Vacuum. The device is faulty, consistently failing to return to its docking station. The mapping feature is very poor, resulting in inefficient cleaning patterns. To make matters worse, customer service has been terrible. Despite my attempts to get a replacement or store credit, they have made no effort to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this product. I do like some of Kogan’s branded products but this experience has really put me off!

I tried to go through this websites mediation review - they reached out once and said they’d offer me a store credit but haven’t heard from them since.

It does the job, but it isn't emptying – This is our first robovac and I can say it is very convenient. We have only used the vacuum function (not the mop). It makes it's way around systematically covering all areas + the brush extends past the actual vacuum itself so it can get right up against the wall. Also impressed with the vacuum being able to travel over uneven floor and transition to and from carpet and floorboards without any issues getting stuck.

Couple of setbacks though: 1. it scares our cat haha 2. it isn't emptying! the suction from the stationary component where it empties and also sits to charge in is strong, to the point that it actually pulls the rubber seal inward which blocks the passage of dust. Not sure if this is common or just a fault in our one, but for now, we are manually emptying it.
