Konec Mobile is hands down the worst provider I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs! In Dec 2025, I purchased a $60 prepaid plan for my daughter’s watch. We had zero intention of continuing the service, yet they went ahead and automatically recharged our card for another $60. We noticed the unauthorized charge and called them within 3 business days to cancel and demand a refund.Shockingly, Konec mobile flatly refused. According to them, they can gladly cut off your service, but they will happily pocket your money. Let that sink in: we only used 3 days out of a 180-day long-expiry prepaid plan, and they think they are legally entitled to steal the remaining 177 days of unrendered services. When I requested their formal internal dispute process and demanded a callback from management, the Customer Experience Manager, Greg Moore, simply went radio silent and began ignoring me. What a truly 'impressive' service provider, and an even more 'spectacular' display of customer experience management. I will never recommend Konec to any friend, family member, or anyone with a pulse.
Unsurprisingly, the formal internal complaint with Konec (Ref: 2564198) has officially failed due to their persistent corporate greed. I have completely lost patience with this company. Even their General Manager, [Name Removed], personally called me but flatly refused to resolve the dispute.It seems the entire management team at Konec operates on a bizarre, illegal double standard: they blindly believe that my silence on an reminder email gives them the automatic consent to rob $60 from my card for a 180-day plan. Let's waiting for TIO complaint process now. TIO Case 2026-06-04331 is lodged and referred to Konec dated 2025.06.25. if this dispute remains unresolved by 9 July 2026, I will immediately escalate this case to a formal Level 2 Investigation.

Just joined konec mobile because of the exellent response time to queries about their plans. I chose the 365day plan and was offered a good deal when i asked for a seniors discount, email them if you are looking for a new provider my reason for changing providers was my last provider no longer offered a suitable plan
