Thank you for our forever home – Thank you Kookaburra Homes for building our forever home. The service we received from planning to completion was exemplary and we couldn’t have asked for more. Due to Covid and the fact that Gary and I lived in Victoria meant we were unable to visit the building site to watch and check our build. However, our site manager sent us a report each week with photos which enabled us to follow the building progress. When we arrived for handover, the house was exactly as we expected and we are very happy. The quality of the build, fittings, painting etc is of a very high standard. Great timely build – We have just received our keys and couldn’t be happier, great staff all along the process few hickups answering emails early on but we got the house we wanted at a good competitive price and from first meeting to built in a year. Great designs and build quality didn’t feel the need to upgrade stuff just to avoid cheap junk like some big box builders

Just over 3 months and we are now in our beautiful new home and can’t thank Kookaburra enough

The quality of the finish is very good so we are extremely happy.

The whole building experience from start to finish has been stress free and I have no hesitation recommending Kookaburra to build your house. In fact my daughter is building her house with Kookaburra.
