Don't buy – I bought 4 Kore watches. It took over a month to receive them, yet they immediately charged my credit card. I tried to dispute the charges. Finally after 2 months I got the watches, but only 1 had a charger in the box. I couldn't return them as they claimed it was too late. What a bunch of junk. 3 watches, 1 charger. I will NEVER purchase again. Show details

Very poor customer service – I have had a Kore watch for over two years and I am very happy with it. We ordered one for my wife which was working fine until the display just went out. Nothing but a run-around fron customer support. I have been working on this since Dec. 18. For this reason, and I purchased the lifetime warranty, I would not recommend purchasing this product. What a shame. Show details

Waste of money – Failed in less than 30 days. This watch failed to charge, no interest in searching out to return as too costly therefore I have binned it. the same issue occurred to 3 friends so it is a common problem. Under no circumstances would I recommend it. Show details

Is there a zero rating? – The koretrak is very inaccurate. Apple watch one arm koretrak other gave 46bpm and 88 bpm respectively. follow up is no better don’t answer emails. You are ignored by korehealth.

What a joke! – I’ve never written a review like this ever before! I made the mistake of ordering two of these watches for the price $99.90 think that was AUD? think again!, that’s USD!, so currency exchange rate was $129.83 at that time. I bought to give as gifts. However, the amount charged to my account was $189.90!!!. I tried to work out, any which way, that… Read more

resulted in this amount, . It was free postage, the difference ended up being $50.37, how and where this was calculated I have no idea!. The readings were incorrect when taken at several different times, incorrect heartbeat, incorrect bp level, an all round joke! No written instructions, no written money back guarantee included in package. I’m returning them. I don’t want them. And where are these items produced?,they are ‘Made in China’ of course

As long as it took to remove from the box – I searched for a good fitness tracker and the first thing that popped up was the Kore Trak 2. i compared it to other fitness trackers, and it seemed to be a great choice. I decided to go ahead and purchase it totally forgetting to see where the company is located, if there was a legitimate phone # etc. because I was so excited that I found… Read more

something that was nearly identical to my previous fitness tracker. I didn't want to order the same one that I was replacing because that one lasted less than a year and I had spent over $100 on it. I received my order within a week. I removed it from the box, charged it for 3 hours and set it all up. I walked 124 steps (which is all I really care about-the # of daily steps) and then "POOF" it stopped counting my steps!!! I tried walking faster and longer, but nothing worked! I found a form on their website to fill out to request sending it back and having a full refund. After my third attempt of filling out the form and having it, once again, "disappear" after hitting "submit" and having to fill it out all over again, I gave up on that method and tried finding a phone number. When I called the number, it went to dead air. I researched more and found them on FaceBook. After several communications with them, I realized it's a SCAM! I wasn't going to receive a refund. First I was told I'd have a new one shipped to me (why would I want that if the first one stopped working after 124 STEPS???). Within 30 minutes, I received a message (via messenger) saying I could pay an additional "$19.99 for a LIFETIME warranty"! I messaged the company on FaceBook and said "good try, but I'm not interested in paying additional money. I want a full refund! Late that night I received, yet another, message saying I would have to ship it back at my expense and after they receive it, I'd get a refund. I doubt that! I know this tracker was inexpensive and you get what you pay for, but after reading reviews on THEIR website, I really believed it was legit. SAVE YOUR MONEY and invest in something else! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Kore Trak Pro - Actual user review – USPS delivery in approximately 10 days after ordering. Read Amazon reviews that are mostly negative due the single pin band, syncing issues, etc. Kore Trak must have paid attention and taken action as they now have a buckled band that works great. Downloaded the app and have had zero issues syncing up, performing HR, temp, pulse ox, steps,… Read more

distance as advertised. For a very reasonable price I’m satisfied with my purchase. Water resistance is confusing as it states it is IP67 rated but instructions says not to shower or swim with it. So far the touch screen is responsive with adjustable brightness. I fully charged the unit before syncing which took between 2 / 3 hours and have been wearing it for three or four days and the battery indicator shows ~50% which is a lot better than my Apple Watch 8. Overall it does what it says - as far as it having medical grade accuracy I can’t say. Recommend if you need a basic fitness tracker that does what the “premium” brands do at less than half the cost. Gave it four stars simply because there’s no room for improvement at five and we know there’s always room for improvement.

Koretrak – I bought two Koretrak originals a few years ago and while it took a little time to get it synched to phone, I have not had any issues with them. I only use the steps, mileage, workout, and some the sleep, oxygen, and heartrate features and have never tried to use the message feature because I really don't need to. My first Koretrak watch lasted… Read more

quite sometime until I dropped it into some boiling water (don't ask) by mistake. It never worked afterwards and totally my fault for being careless and not tightening my bands. The second one still works, but the face is getting a bit scratched up, so I just bought the Koretrak 2.0. I have been very happy with the performance of the watch. It keeps accurate steps, mileage, sleep, and oxygen. I understand that many on here do not like it; however, I think it is a good solid watch for simple fitness tracking. For me, it's much better than buying an overpriced smartwatch with features I don't really need. I wouldn't be buying them again if I didn't like them.

Very pleased with my purchase but… – I purchased two of them over 2 years ago and I have worn mine every day since and I am very pleased that it does all the things they said it would. My wife only wore hers for a short time which was good for me because my band broke and then I used her band until it showed signs of breaking and no longer fits tight to the device. Not very durable… Read more

material. The down side now is that I can’t find a replacement band and I can’t figure out a way to fix it so it is now of no use to me. I would never buy another device regardless of brand to which a standard wrist strap can’t be attached.

Worried – Received the Kore 2 watch well before the time allocated so I gave a 5 star, the watch is on charge and not set up so I thought I would have a look at product reviews and I’m a little concerned. If it doesn’t work as per other people’s issues would I get a full refund ? If it does work I’m more than happy to give a good review. Show details ·  1

Do NOT purchase Kore health products – There are several reasons to not invest $ in any product manufactured and sold by these sharks. So many units are faulty and the customer non existent support is ridiculously bad. You will never get a refund! Be aware. After a year they will hit you with a subscription contract...if you want to carry on using it it will set you back $21 a month! … Read more

Illegal to sell product then introduce new contracts to that sale further down the line.

Better product comparisons available, just keep.away from these con artist. You have been warned.

Absolutely the worst product and support – I bought 3 Kore watches, 2 of the 3 will not accept a charge. I tried different chargers no difference. Customer support said read the manual and we are escalating the issue. I have tried upwards of 50 times to get support. Nothing, just the same reply. Then to make matters worse the app now wants me to upgrade to premium for $20/month. … Read more

Again support says the app is free, but I cannot use it unless I pay. If you get a chance to buy the product my advice is run away as fast as possible.

Inaccurate – This watch is inaccurate when counting steps and the sleep tracker is completely useless because it starts when every it decides to and finishes when you get up and move around a lot, just just for instance to go to the toilet and then get back to bed My watch band just broke and it cost me $79 to buy 2 more because the price on their website is… Read more

in US$$$ If you just want to know the time, it’s ok The temperature, oxygen saturation and heart rate monitors are presumably correct but who knows It really depends on what you want to measure, the number of steps and sleep cycles are DEFINITELY inaccurate and despite asking for help with these I have never received a response regarding the measurements

I guessed for the price it would be trash and I was right – This is the worst or the worst. Doesn’t hold a charge. Got stuck on an incoming call. Had to reset and now the time and date are stuck on 2001 and nothing will sync. Tried everything. You get what you pay for. Watch is in the trash. Show details

Customer Service is nonexistent – From day one, my KoreTrak Pro fitness tracker would not keep accurate time, losing about an hour each day until syncing with the app on my phone. I responded to the feedback again asking for an exchange or… Read more

refund. It's been weeks without a response. I tried the customer service phone number, only to be shuffled to an automated system which would only let me provide an email address with which they said they would contact me. I received zero response via email or phone. Don't throw your money away on this fitness tracker. I see from this Product Review website the KoreTrak been discontinued...probably a good thing given zero customer support.

My Kore 2 watch was a worthless – I lreceived my Kore2 and set it up as per the instructions included in the box. I charged it without difficulty the first time and the charge lasted just under 9 hours. I charged it a second time and it did not keep the charge for longer than 7 hrs. I sent an email to customer service explaining my problem and never received a reply. I can’t find any way to contact them. Show details
