Don’t ever buy this smart watch – Total scam as after 15 months I am unable to use the app and the kore 2.0 watch is dim and unreadable unless you upgrade at a cost of $39.99/mth. I have contacted Kore 2.0 support 4 times with no luck. They just keep saying to be patient. This problem after 15 mth started in October 2023 and it is now January 2024. Never buy this rubbish. GM Cabs Pty Ltd mascot – Went to Melbourne Airport from Mernda with 13 Cabs and everything was excellent. Cost was $70 Returned with GM Cabs Pty Ltd mascot. No hold ups on the road. Cost was $125. Driver was very quick to pass the Efpos machine to me and quiet about how much. Returning from a 6 week holiday and overnight flight means I wasn't as careful as I could have been. Buyer beware Don’t throw away your money – Purchased 2 in November. First one does not work at all, wont charge or boot up. Have contacted Customer Service as per the manual. Received an automated response. Have contacted them 6 times and still nothing. The second watch provides inaccurate information/reports. Do not buy – We bought 2 watches. Once worked ok, one would not charge to full or update. Stuck with green "recycle" like symbol on the face. There is no customer support phone number anywhere. Email's are met with automated responses. I have emailed at least 7-8 times. Basically threw the $$$ away. Do not buy this product. on the Bluetooth Screen and can not be cleared. Both Watches, Don’t even Charge. I tried to trouble shoot via kore website and there is NO advice. (Website not available). I have submitted a customer request for a refund as per their website. Zero response. Out of 3 watches, 1 worked. I wouldn’t risk this ODDS. Essentially I paid $247 for 1 working watch that is below average in comparison to other watches. Should have invested in a Garmin or Apple Watch.
The worst service ever – I had used the Kore2 for less than a month and the screen started to show defects. I send the service team my first message and got an automated response that they would get back to me soon. After 2 more responses I was told the issues were resolved. That's when I complained to PayPal and after a few weeks my money was returned. Than was offered another Kore2.0 but as of yet ( 7 months later) I haven't received it. So be aware !! Show details
d o a – I received the Kore 2.0 and right out of the package it has not worked, it took two days to get this thing to charge and it froze during update it required. I have never gotten to use it and no help from customer service and I don't have the information to return it or get a refund.
Scam a real Scam – I received this as a gift in Dec. It has quit working and was not accurate when it did work. It is not water proof. Do not buy anything that Kore is selling. All of the high praise comes from paid advertisement and not trustworthy. Do not purchase this smartwatch! Show details
Flawed/no customer service – Kore 2 would not track 02, stress, HRV, and temp. No built in gps/still have to carry ph. Band is comfy, but fallible. Contacted CS 3 times - auto reply of "We're working on it," and that's it. Show details

succession of emails. First, it was taking so long to arrive that I decided to cancel. After a wait of 3 days, they got back to me and said, oops, it's already on the way, then an email a couple days later when I figured I was SOL, to the effect of "So, what do you think of that?" Of course I was given the option of returning it... I didn't open the box for a week, I was so annoyed. Then decided I should try it out. Charged it, but it refused to turn on. More emails, a daily one to the effect of "We're so busy we can't help you, have patience..." I finally looked up the address and returned it. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Still almost daily emails: "Your order will be shipped soon..." or reruns of the "We're too busy..." or "Reply to this email if you still have an issue." It doesn't matter WHAT you reply, this will NEVER be acknowledged. I have just started over again with a CS issue, complete with photos of receipts. Mostly I don't expect to be reimbursed in this lifetime. But it is an important lesson regarding acquisition. If you don't have paid staff to bear the frustration, if you have nothing else to do with your time, if you can't learn the lesson not to buy from a website which is the exclusive seller of the item, then go ahead! All the fake reviews say it is a remarkable product!
