actually fix the blind. Appointments? Canceled or postponed. Calls? Ignored. One technician did show up a few weeks ago… without the required equipment to fix the issue (a small detail like the motor).
They promised they’d call back to reschedule. They didn’t. I’ve followed up three times. Still nothing.
So yes, congrats to the sales team — mission accomplished. But when it comes to after-sales service, it’s like dealing with a ghost town.

shocking experience – I ordered venetians/roller blinds and shutters in August 2023. The venetians and rollers were properly installed but there was a delay with the shutters. wrong size frames were provided. I was told that they needed to be re-made and that they should be ready before Xmas. I agreed to this but the installation didn't take place before Xmas. I was then told they would be installed in Feb 2024. As soon as I was told about this further delay, I advised Kresta that I wished to cancel my order for the shutters and obtain a refund. Since then, I've heard NOTHING from Kresta regarding the cancellation of my order. I've contacted Kresta on numerous occasions and spoken to various sales people. I've emailed the original sales rep who attended my home to quote. After some perseverance on my part, I was connected with Douglas Lowrey (apparently a state manager). No one would give me Mr Lowrey's phone number but I was given his email address. I have written to him and have received no response from him. I threatened to take the matter to the Department of Fair Trading. Still no response. I will never deal with Kresta again and I strongly suggest that everyone else take their business elsewhere.

Great advice, efficient service – Mita from Kresta was punctual and efficient. She was able to share great knowledge and advice to guide our choices and the overall communication with Kresta and eventual installation ran smoothly.
Sheer curtains – Mita was great to deal with and is very knowledgable on all Kresta products. Ask for her when making a booking for a quote.
